I don't think it's about the software. On a computer without malware, everything can work fine. And look for programs that will speed up the work, meaningless until the cause is not eliminated, here you can find a solution https://mrspyer.com/. As a variant may be too many unnecessary services loaded. If you do some work, everything will work fine.
