And the support team is amazing. **What do you dislike about Nextsale?** There are a few features that are currently only available to Shopify users. It would be fantastic if these features were accessible to all eCommerce platforms. **What problems is Nextsale solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is very difficult for us to collect emails and phone numbers from customers. Nextsale is a godsend in this regard. And with sales pop-up, we build a great trust with the customers ### 2. All the functionalities available for CMS should also be available for custom websites. **What problems is Nextsale solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nextsale helps us show website users in real-time that other users are also viewing and purchasing products, increasing site trust ### 3. It makes you seem more real. For openings and sales, I use Nextsale. It's good for sellers to see that other people are spending. With Nextsale, sales go up. I would strongly suggest it. **What do you dislike about Nextsale?** There are tricky ways to get free users to pay. Sometimes, customer help center responses are late. To get more people to use it, the user interface design needs to be improved a lot. Besides that, Nothing else about this great tool bothers me. **What problems is Nextsale solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've used Nextsale on a lot of sites to show social proof to people who might want to sign up. We use 'Recent Activity' and 'Hot Streaks' to show how many people are getting or signing up for our free trial. It makes potential buyers more likely to believe in me and buy from me. ### 4.
