**What do you like best about NextCRM?**

It's actually a very finctional CRM, easey to navigate functionalities and quick uses.

**What do you dislike about NextCRM?**

A bit slow to move but other than that, all is well.

**What problems is NextCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think they are streamlining how CRM's should be used. I'd rather use NEXT than Hubspot to be honest. It just makes a salespersons day so much easier.

Easy to select options , just select and move forward

**What do you dislike about NextCRM?**

Sometimes on mobile application site gets stuck and difficult to resolve

**What problems is NextCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hand to hand the whole talking to customer the call record gets saved and updated ...save s a lot of time
