Nothing stands out anymore. Early support was responsive, but once a dispute arose they became completely unreachable and punitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In my experience using Newor Media's publisher dashboard since July 2025 for display ad monetization on my niche content site (70k+ monthly visits, primarily organic traffic), initial onboarding and ad placement setup were smooth, with August earnings of $1,870 paid in full via wire.
However, serious issues arose with retroactive deductions on finalized earnings without transparent explanation or Google IVT reports:
- September earnings in the dashboard finalized at $3,444.37, but $3,147.45 (91%) was deducted claiming "Invalid Activity."
- October finalized at $362.09, with $198.94 deducted for the same reason.
- Day-by-day earnings views in the dashboard showed September revenue stable until a sudden decline only in the last 3 days — no justification for deducting 91% of the full month.
After requesting the remaining cleared balance ($296.92, urgently needed for family medical expenses), support became unresponsive, ads were removed from my site, and dashboard access was fully blocked with the error "The username has not been activated or is blocked." Support chat history was deleted during the dispute and later restored.
In December, payment notifications claimed full September and October amounts were sent, but my bank received only the original remaining balances after deductions ($460.07 gross). In January, a November payment was conditioned on removing public reviews.
Latest development (8 January 2026): Newor sent screenshots claiming deductions justify withholding, but they are manipulated and inconsistent:
- Key fields heavily redacted while highlighting small deductions.
- AdSense screenshots lack any proof they apply to my site/account (no site name, url, or verification visible — appear non-original).
- Claimed totals do not match actual withholdings, and inconsistencies exist.
These issues have made the partnership unreliable and stressful. Total still owed from deducted finalized earnings: $3,346.39 (September $3,147.45 + October $198.94).
My traffic (92–95% organic via GA4) has remained consistent and legitimate, identical to the fully paid August month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
