**What do you like best about Newo.ai?**

I really like how fluid the onboarding and support are with Newo.ai. It's easy to get an agent up and running for a client, which saves time and lets me show off the technology quickly as a reseller and partner. The cost-effectiveness and reduction in integration costs are major benefits, too. I appreciate how Newo.ai's team and platform allow for what I would call self-sourcing, which means I can enable the AI agent to do more things directly with customers' CRM tools. It definitely increases the availability of the agent to handle tasks for small to medium-sized businesses while being cost-effective for them. The initial setup is amazing and works almost instantly. It's impressive how you can just input a website, and it sets everything up immediately, which is great for demoing the technology to customers.

**What do you dislike about Newo.ai?**

I think the UI is an improving, evolving platform. Giving it to a customer without a little bit of training is sometimes difficult. That's the area that could probably use a little bit of improvement, just making that UI more fluid, but it's evolving weekly.

I use Newo.ai as a customer-facing AI and virtual receptionist, saving clients time and resources, providing 24/7 support, and increasing sales leads. It offers quick onboarding, cost-effective integration, and instantly showcases its technology to clients.

**What do you like best about Newo.ai?**

I am impressed with Newo.ai's 24/7 agents that can handle calls, make bookings, and answer questions on websites, which have been extremely helpful to my clients. I also appreciate the ease of initial deployment from Newo.ai. While there is more work to be done over several weeks, you can have a working solution within days, saving valuable time and resources. I find the rapid deployment model effective for getting started and ensuring a pre-production model is delivered quickly, which is appealing. Newo.ai has turned out to be a really good fit for us.

As Newo.ai grows, more industry frameworks and use cases will be beneficial to gaining more clients and building more stable solutions.

**What do you like best about Newo.ai?**

I like that Newo.ai is a game changer for my restaurant. It takes all my calls, which has allowed us to handle table bookings more efficiently, resulting in more than 150 additional reservations per month. I appreciate that it's connected to OpenTable and books and makes reservations directly, which significantly increased our booking volume last month. We had about 180 additional bookings, and each booking is around $130 US dollars, adding substantial revenue to our business. The initial setup was quite smooth; an engineer was assigned who helped us go live by Wednesday. The whole process, from signing up to creating a prototype in three minutes, was quick and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Newo.ai?**

I wish the system would know where the call is coming from because we are making social media ads, and when the call is coming, it's not known which ad generated that call. I'm not sure it's possible to solve with voice agents.

**What problems is Newo.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Newo.ai for my restaurant to handle calls during off-hours, solving missed bookings and adding over 150 table reservations monthly. It's a game changer.

I really find the AI assistant to be professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, it understands what I'm saying. The AI agent’s voice conveys a sense of calm and reassurance, which is a great touch. Also, the initial setup of Newo.ai was very simple, which made for a great experience.

During the onboarding process, I was assigned a phone number, but I don’t know what that phone number is yet.

**What problems is Newo.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm confident Newo.ai will handle much of the busy work in managing clients. The AI assistant is professional, knowledgeable, and conveys calm and reassurance, which is vital for my technical support business.

What I like best about Newo.ai is how natural the conversations sound. Guests don’t feel like they’re speaking to a bot — the agent listens, clarifies, and responds just like a real host. It also integrates with booking systems, in our case OpenTable, which saves the team hours every week and makes sure no reservation request is ever missed

**What do you dislike about Newo.ai?**

At the start it was a bit frustrating to get the script exactly right — it took some trial and error before it matched the way we wanted the conversations to sound. But once we got past that initial setup, it’s been smooth, and the support team was quick to help whenever we needed changes

**What problems is Newo.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Missed calls used to drive me crazy. Every unanswered call felt like money walking out the door, and it happened all the time when the team was busy or after hours. Since using Newo.ai, every single call gets picked up, the details are saved, and I don’t lose out on reservations anymore. It’s been a huge relief and honestly boosted our revenue

I use Newo.ai to ensure I never miss calls, and I don't have missed calls at all. I really like that I can change the voice, specifically to a women-friendly voice, which is helpful. Everything with Newo.ai is super, including its integration with our booking system. The initial setup is super easy, and I would highly recommend Newo.ai to anyone, giving it a perfect 10 out of 10.

This product relies on both openAI and Gemini, which may be a consideration for some users. The voice quality is still in the process of improving.

This tool makes it possible for small business owners to book appointments, which is especially helpful for those who can't afford to hire additional staff to handle phone calls but still need to manage a growing business on a tight budget.

**What do you like best about Newo.ai?**

At New.ai, we have a human-like conversational agent. It's almost impossible to distinguish it from a real person. The agent talks about our products very naturally and effectively, but most importantly, the agent integrates questions using the BANT framework and automatically conduct scoring before sendind the lead to our CRM.

**What do you dislike about Newo.ai?**

currently it is not ISO27001 / SOC2 certified

**What problems is Newo.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The pain of low conversion rates with traditional lead generation forms. When a potential buyer came to the lead generation page, we used to require them to fill out a lead generation form. A low percentage would start filling out the form, and five times fewer would complete it. The conversion rate from those who started the form to those who submitted it was 20%.

Traditional live chat didn't work well. If we staffed it with people, it was very expensive. If people responded after a few minutes, the visitor would already leave the site. If we used traditional rule-based bots, the visitor would end the conversation immediately.
