I really like how fluid the onboarding and support are with Newo.ai. It's easy to get an agent up and running for a client, which saves time and lets me show off the technology quickly as a reseller and partner. The cost-effectiveness and reduction in integration costs are major benefits, too. I appreciate how Newo.ai's team and platform allow for what I would call self-sourcing, which means I can enable the AI agent to do more things directly with customers' CRM tools. It definitely increases the availability of the agent to handle tasks for small to medium-sized businesses while being cost-effective for them. The initial setup is amazing and works almost instantly. It takes all my calls, which has allowed us to handle table bookings more efficiently, resulting in more than 150 additional reservations per month. I appreciate that it's connected to OpenTable and books and makes reservations directly, which significantly increased our booking volume last month. We had about 180 additional bookings, and each booking is around $130 US dollars, adding substantial revenue to our business. The initial setup was quite smooth; an engineer was assigned who helped us go live by Wednesday. The whole process, from signing up to creating a prototype in three minutes, was quick and efficient.
