## Netguru Reviews
  ### 1. Netguru - a good partner for collaboration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Netguru?**

1. Very good communication with the employees.
2. The entire team of developers deserves respect and great thanks for the enormous amount of work they put in.
3. The current project manager (Sebastian) sees and oversees everything, although it was certainly new for him, as he did not build the application with us like the rest.

**What do you dislike about Netguru?**

1. After launching SS4, many reception and rehabilitation-related things broke down. This part of the team really took a hit because all the attention was focused on Subaccounts.
2. The NG team was supposed to tidy up in Sprinter – however, it's not really working out. There is a lack of current information regarding statuses. Most noticeable since April. The backlog with statuses is about 2 weeks. I don't know what's going on, the team is getting frustrated.
3. Not all tickets have the number of work hours (story points) specified. There's a lack of estimation. Repeated from February. We were supposed to apply the Fibonacci sequence rule, but the tickets are not being marked. Besides, I don't know what the maximum is in this scoring.
4. Problems in Power BI – for a very long time, it couldn't be resolved, and I have the impression that it has been pushed to the back burner.

**What problems is Netguru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to Netguru, we have a great and tailored program for managing beneficiaries and the most important projects in the Foundation.

  ### 2. Mobile App Design, Dev & Maintenance for "Pismo" Nonprofit Magazine

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Piotr N. | Prezes Zarządu Fundacji Pismo, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Netguru?**

Willingness to support non profit initiatives acting pro publico bono and treating such client in the same professional way as a regular one. Effective, high quality project management and good feedback/communication with the client. High quality end product.
Very good communication, keeping the client informed on the process, flagging the issues. Since this is a pro bono work, it was clear that resources sometimes may not be available due to other (paid) clients. Still, despite this complexity, the process has been managed very well. Reacting quickly to our requests, both on testing/adjustments and in planning second phase of enhancement post MVO

**What do you dislike about Netguru?**

Nothing specific to add or point out - overall very positive experience

**What problems is Netguru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Netguru has developed an iOS and Android mobile app for a nonprofit magazine as a pro bono project. Their work has included UI/UX design, MVP development, testing, launch support, tech support, and maintenance.
This included full support starting with clarifying and prioritizing business requirements, developing UX solution, developing, testing (including user tests) and launching MVP, providing overall technical support, developing the next phase of the app addressing the key user needs not included in MVP, plus overall project management plus discussions on strategic and content priorities of Pismo in relation with the IT/app development.
The MVP was delivered ahead of our internal deadline and received a very positive feedback from out readers. Though it is only MVP, with a number of features missing, already ca. 30% of our subscribers downloaded it and over 20-25% use on regular basis.
