The Netchex team made the transition to their software very seamless and the overall customer service has been great. We have appreciated the ability to eliminate many paper processes of hiring and onboarding and allow potential and current employees to complete them online. The app is also great for employees to be able to do whatever they need to wherever they are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netchex?

We wish that some of the reporting features were a little bit different. You can customize reports, but you can only save them for a specific user and not for your company as a whole. Netchex offers a suite of excellent tools and capabilities to manage Payroll, Benefits, Onboarding, and general Employee Management. Employees and Managers can easily track hours, pay, and career development. Netchex offers plenty of learning modules, live and recorded to assist administrators. The Customer Support Offered post-deployment is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netchex?

The initial setup is extremely time-consuming and very demanding. If you work in a business that does not have the luxury of freeing up multiple days to work on the set-up, you will find this very challenging. We were lead to believe that our current systems would synchronize with Netchex, only to be tasked with rebuilding processes, something that the Teams for those other systems did for us. What do you like best about Netchex?

Having the manager tab and the employee tab all on one toggle. I can view all manager tasks for my employees and then switch to my employee view very easily. We previously used another service that did NOT offer the same level of visibility as Netchex offers. We are incredibly pleased with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We recently added NetLearn and NetScheduler to our account; these are a bit clunky for us and not as user-friendly as the basic Netchex experience. This software is great as a basic payroll system with the possibility for so much more based on your needs. Support is always there by phone or email with a person whom you can understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Currently, we are waiting on some updates in the scheduler. Waiting on the ability for restaurant staff to see everyone on the schedule may force us to use an outside product while waiting on the new roll out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
