It is very user-friendly, It offers tons of customization. You can see a lot of job info. What you’re being paid, time card, etc. I don’t think I’ve ever seen netchex go down. or have any glitches. It’s honestly hard to think of a downside, Maybe the UI and the layout of the app could be adjusted, or maybe leave it up to the user to edit it, let them customize it, but that’s not really a downside. I like my clock-in app because it makes keeping track of my work hours simple and convenient. I can easily clock in and out, check my hours, and make sure my time is recorded accurately. I also like that everything is organized in one place, which makes it easier for me to stay on top of my schedule and keep track of my attendance. There really isn’t anything I dislike about my clock-in app. It is easy to use, convenient, and straightforward. What I like best about Netchex is the ease of use. I recently started my position and had never heard of Netchex. As I played around in the system, I found it fairly easy to navigate. I loved the webinars presented in the series over the summer as they provided great information on current and upcoming features. I have no dislikes about Netchex. For those of us that are hourly employees. The screen for starting shift, starting lunch, ending lunch and end of day; As the day progresses, omit the buttons already used for the day. For example; once you START your day, don't show the START day anymore. At least gray it out and/or ensure a user doesn't accidentaly click on it again if they have already started their day. Same for START lunch. Once you use the START lunch, ensure it cannot accidently click on it again. Why? You can only start lunch once in a day, so don't show it anymore. I would love if you would have a comprehensive overview course about how to use each and every part of Netchex (like a Netchex University). I feel like it does so much more than I'm even aware of. About fifty percent of the time, I have to wait 15 minutes or longer to talk to someone. Your AI helps, but I often need to speak to people about very specific situations. The onboarding process was thorough, timely and the rep was extremely helpful at every stage. The accessibility for help is fantastic, either by phone or utilizing the chat feature. I like that I was able to create onboarding templates to streamline the new hire process. I find the app that is available on your cell phone extremely easy to use and I love the fact that it has all of the available functions that can be done on a regular PC. No matter the request, whether clocking in or out, requesting time off or simply wishing to view your hours or pay information, the ease of access and simplicity of navigating through the program cannot be beat. I really love Netchex. It's incredible how everything is all in one place, like payroll, HR, reporting, I9, policies, and documents that can be e-signed. They even handle quarterly taxes. The support team is fantastic, especially my own rep, and it's great that they actually listen to their clients. They've been making constant improvements since 2021 based on our feedback. The new features they add definitely make my work life easier. Our employees appreciate being able to access everything from their phones. The time clock geofencing is a neat feature too, ensuring that employees can't clock in from unauthorized locations.
