# Which presales management software has the best CRM integration and stakeholder collaboration?

CRM fit is where these tools make or break daily adoption, since an SE tool that fights Salesforce just becomes another thing to update. What reviewers report:

Homerun Presales Platform: the broadest integration story, with reviewers running Salesforce, Jira, and Slack syncs (one had them "up and running in an afternoon") and tying Jira items to ARR for exec conversations. Strong on cross-team stakeholder alignment.

Opine AI Presales Platform: reviewers like that it syncs so well they "rarely" open Salesforce, pulling in Gong and Slack too. A few noted Salesforce field-mapping can be rigid at setup, so scope that. How complex are your Salesforce validation rules?

Elvance: 100% Salesforce-native, so SEs contribute inside SFDC with no platform-hopping, though it's on a small review base and leans on native SFDC reporting.

Homerun's Jira+Slack sync is valuable for preventing that conflict across multiple stakeholders. Ask vendors directly: if the same opportunity is modified by both an SE and an AE simultaneously, which record wins? If they don't have a clear answer, the "integration" is just a one-way sync with update conflicts.

### Comment 2

Adoption usually comes down to whether an SE has to enter anything twice. If the presales tool writes back to the CRM cleanly, reps use it. If both need updating, one of them quietly goes stale and it's rarely the CRM. Worth testing that with a real opportunity rather than a sandbox record, since validation rules are where it gets interesting.

### Comment 3

If Salesforce is the source of truth, I’d prioritize native depth over simply having a connector. Homerun sounds strongest when Salesforce also needs to stay aligned with Jira and Slack, since that gives sales, presales, and other stakeholders a shared view without asking SEs to maintain the same deal context in multiple places.

### Comment 4

The CRM integration question is really about how much SE data you want flowing back into your system of record automatically. Tools that sync natively tend to see higher adoption since reps and leadership can see presales activity without having to ask for it.
