**What do you like best about Neogrid?**

Neogrid is good for near document swap and identity confirmation. It centralizes the communication process with other partners since it avoids delays and provides all the correct documents for processing. It’s great for businesses that use EDI as the primary method of managing their supply chain systems.

**What do you dislike about Neogrid?**

The problem of data duplication still persists at Neogrid although, as has been evidenced, the company has a number of strong positive aspects. I have faced a case where the same data seems to be duplicated across the system and this increases time in identifying valid data.

**What problems is Neogrid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Neogrid helps to address the issues of document exchange in the supply chain and accuracy. This means that orders are processed quickly, errors minimized, and partners are easily conveyed with.
