**What do you like best about Field service software?**

Using Nematic for 6 months already. Price to compare with other software is 70% cheaper.  It has all same functionality i need to schedule for my appliance repair business. Also great customer service. Developers can help to create something that is missing or i need for myself only. To compare with large companies who does nkt care about you, Nematic is number 1 i need to run my business . They saved me 3400$ a year.  Highly recommend.

**What do you dislike about Field service software?**

Have nothing bad to say. Maybe fresh software and need improvement,  but they are working on it, and except my needs

**What problems is Field service software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If i see any bugs in Nematic - i report to them, they fix it usually within 1-2 days.
If i need any improvement  ( like - add colors, add another line items, add something else, better functionality) - they also accept it and make it live
