# What Restaurant Management platforms are most trusted by experienced managers, based on comprehensive user reviews?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Experienced managers have usually already tried the obvious tools and moved past the marketing pitch, so trust here comes from something more specific: does the platform hold up during a Friday night rush within <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/restaurant-management">Restaurant Management software</a>, not just in a quiet demo?</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><strong>Restroworks</strong>, <strong>Owner.com</strong>, and <strong>Restaurant365</strong> led this list. Here's the fuller picture:</p><ol>

<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/restroworks-restaurant-pos/reviews"><strong>Restroworks Restaurant POS</strong></a><strong>:</strong> 4.8 stars across 1,326 reviews, trusted by 25,000+ restaurants globally, unifying POS, inventory, kitchen automation, and analytics into one system.</li>

<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/owner-com/reviews"><strong>Owner.com</strong></a><strong>:</strong> 4.8 stars across 430 reviews, matches Restroworks on rating with a smaller sample; its AI growth system focuses on driving direct online orders rather than in-house operations specifically.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/restaurant365/reviews"><strong>Restaurant365</strong></a><strong>:</strong> 4.6 stars across 324 reviews, built around financial management, accounting, and labor scheduling, which matters most to managers responsible for the numbers behind the operation.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/toast/reviews"><strong>Toast</strong></a><strong>:</strong> 4.2 stars across 371 reviews, an all-in-one POS and management system spanning handhelds, online ordering, and payroll.</li>

<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/petpooja-poss/reviews"><strong>Petpooja POSS</strong></a><strong>:</strong> 4.7 stars across 289 reviews, drives operations for over 100,000 outlets, built for everything from single locations to large chains.</li>

&lt;p&gt;For a multi-location operation, I’d put a lot of weight on having core operations in one system. Restroworks bringing POS, inventory, kitchen automation, and analytics together sounds especially useful when the goal is to give every location the same operational foundation.&lt;/p&gt;
