I love how user-friendly it is. It's very easy to use and understand how to earn points as well as give points out. I also like the auto-populated hashtags and the ability to add gifs with posts. I like that it gives you an opportunity to recognize and reward anyone in your company in a meaningful way. Being able to redeem the points you receive for real gifts makes the recognition feel even more meaningful. I wish that their were more GIF options available to add to a message when sending someone a recognition. I would also prefer if we had the ability to select any amount of available points to send, rather than only being able to choose in increments of 5. I find that logging in is not as easy as other platforms used by our company, because nectar does not save my login info and makes me put in my username each time. I personally believe that Nectar is a huge morale booster and allows people to shine the light on others that any other way may not be able to be recognized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
