# How do you keep group participation high in Nectar recognition?

Nectar has felt like a big morale booster and a way to shine a light on people who might not otherwise get recognized. One thing that seems important is making sure there is strong group participation so it stays positive and consistent. It also sounds like recognition can highlight when someone is not being a team player. What have you done to encourage participation and keep recognition fair and meaningful?
