Responses can be anonymous or named, with real-time results segmented by team, role, or location. Employees earn Nectar points for participating. SafeTalk™ lets leaders follow up on anonymous feedback without revealing the employee's identity. Nectar One is the platform layer that connects every Nectar product. Nectar One, including Nectar Signals and Nectar Flows, is part of every plan and never sold as a separate line item. Nectar Signals turns voluntary activity within Nectar into a 0–100 engagement health score for employees, teams, and departments, with trends, AI-generated summaries, and patterns associated with employees who previously left. Signals does not read private messages or email, and it does not monitor screens or keystrokes. Nectar Flows adds no-code automation for employee journeys such as onboarding, anniversaries, open enrollment, and training reminders. Flows trigger from dates, lists, API calls, or events in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Sheets, Intercom, and Zapier, then send recognition, messages, or surveys using delays and branching logic.
