**What do you like best about IPRO?**

It's easy to learn, easy to operate, and the customer support is outstanding. I use it daily, from processing, QC, export, production and when integrated with Rel becomes a greater tool.

**What do you dislike about IPRO?**

I believe that it's UI can be improved. Other than that, none.

**What problems is IPRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many, one of which is OCRing large documents. I receive exhibit stamping requests that also needs OCR, so iPro is really a great tool to do OCR, fast and reliable.

**What do you like best about IPRO?**

Integrated database that is essential to our document collection and production. Able to keep track of thousands of records in one place for all our cases, very user-friendly, and makes my life easier when it comes to pulling documents based on tagging, custodians, document dates, etc.

**What do you dislike about IPRO?**

Well, sometimes there are issues with the web viewer or image tab, but that may be from the metadata we are given. I do wish the Print to PDF mass tag function was ironed out a bit more, but the PDF Export series does the job too.

**What problems is IPRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of thousands and thousands of documents that we receive in some of our more complex cases, coming in from all different custodians and covering a huge time frame. iPro really does help me keep my head screwed on tight and leaves me with little anxiety as I know the documents are taken care of and secure, and I know when asked to find and pull documents, I'll be able to locate them using the various search functions and tagging to accomplish that task.

**What do you like best about IPRO?**

How wonderful everyone is when I need assistance.  Tech support is outstanding!  Whether I've contacted them by e-mail or phone, they come through.  They're cheerful, creative in finding solutions to problems, very understanding, and assist with grace.  Kristen Perkins, our Client Success Manager, is fantastic!  Her prior legal experience gives her a depth of knowledge that's hard to beat.  She knows what the challenges are and how to resolve issues quickly, smoothly, and accurately.  Top-notch!

And that's just the people.  The product enables me to assist with complex cases more easily.  Our attorneys can extract needed info when reviewing documents more efficiently, allowing them to handle more cases with fewer actual people.

**What do you dislike about IPRO?**

While the online tutorials are great, I'd also like to be able to save copies of some of the webpages to use as "cheat sheets" for users who don't access the program as often.

**What problems is IPRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having this review platform for our attorneys is critical.  Litigation is almost completely electronic now (although we get the occasional box of paper).  Without Open Discovery, we would be at a considerable disadvantage.  We aren't a large firm, and we don't have a lot of bodies to throw at cases.  Being able to work more efficiently is essential.  (It also means I get to work with fun software, solve problems for more people, and still have a life!)

They have a support team like no other! They issue quick responses and work with you until all your needs have been met!

More admin tools and documentation could be available to the admin so IPro support does not need to be contacted for everything.

Thet are always adding new features to the archiving product, data retention, and tool to minimize storage on the on-prem exchange sever and virtual workstations.

When in a super rush, the response to service/help requests is never fast enough.  I phone number to reach a live person would be useful.

Being able to upload to the cloud large document productions consisting of various file types, that take up loads of file space, and not have to over utilize our servers.

**What do you like best about IPRO?**

Not having to setup new cases, deal with loading productions and the errors that come with it.  This is all handled by services team.

**What do you dislike about IPRO?**

The only thing I dislike is not having a direct phone number for support.  It is all handled by tickets.  With that said, my experience with the services team and their response times and assistance they have provided both loading data and dealing with issues and answering questions has been excellent.

**What problems is IPRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has given us access to a software platform that might not have been in the budget.  Since it is cloud based it has removed the issue of having the physical hardware and storage to host the platform and it's data.  Again since it is cloud based it easily allows clients and co-counsel access to the cases we want to give them access to without having to grant them some kind of access to our internal network.

**What do you like best about IPRO?**

I am very impressed by the staff at IPRO. Our Client Success Manager, Alexis Hayman, has been an incredible asset in our transition to IPRO, and our cloud support case manager Josiah has always gone above and beyond to fulfill our requests. The Technical Support team is overall incredible as well. I have had a great experience working with Louis, Brandon, and Dan to name a few. They are not only patient and happy to help you resolve issues, but they often take the time to explain the cause of the issue and how they resolved it so that you can learn from each situation.

**What do you dislike about IPRO?**

You get what you pay for. IPRO is considerably more affordable than many of the other review software out there. We have encountered a few issues with the viewer, many of which can be resolved by imaging the documents (but this of course, blows up the hosting size of a workspace). While issues do arise from time to time, technical support is always happy and available to help resolve the issue or to suggest a workaround. 

When dealing with technical support, you don't have an assigned support technician or group of techs, which can be a bit frustrating as it leads to you having to explain your environment many times over. That being said, we still generally get great support every time.

**What problems is IPRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IPRO has a great user interface, and everyone at our firm has found it very easy to use. We spend less time QCing coding conflicts within families thanks to IPRO's family relationships tab. Running productions is a breeze, and the export set creation tab is very self-explanatory. IPRO also has a wealth of knowledge available through its learning center, which I have found incredibly helpful in understanding how to get the most out of all of the features IPRO offers.

**What do you like best about IPRO?**

The ability to partner with IPRO is unlike any other software vendors I have worked with. IPRO is very much inside and directly involved with us as an extended part of our team. The IPRO philosophy is not sell it and forget it, but rather a continuous open conversation to support us along the way. When my management asks me, why do we want to award IPRO? I always say, their customer support. There will always be issues no matter what software you have, so you need to find somebody that can partner with you, take your feedback, and work through our specific needs. After working with IPRO for many years, I know we are going to get that from them.

**What do you dislike about IPRO?**

It is taking additional time for Zylab to get fully implemented into the IPRO philosophy since they acquired them.

**What problems is IPRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IPRO is solving our concerns around investigations, legal holds and discovery work.

**What do you like best about IPRO?**

Our firm utilizes Ipro Enterprise eDiscovery solution to identify, collect, and produce electronically stored information.  Ipro Enterprise provides early case assessment, analytical review, processing, filtering and production services to aid in an efficient discovery process, but also organize, annotate and customize documents for trial presentation.  With iPro’s advanced analytic features it allows us to run de-duplication and similarity matching, along with email threading and active learning that helps reduce the review burden and cost for clients.

**What do you dislike about IPRO?**

It can be difficult for new users to understand its workflow process and review for the end-user.  I don't believe this is a programming flaw, I believe this is more of a user flaw.

**What problems is IPRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yes. Ipro Enterprise is allowing our firm to focus on more eDiscovery jobs across matters within our firm and allow us to process several at the same time.

I like having a working relationship with my Case Manager, Josiah Dudley.  Through our constant communication, he learns how my office operates and he can anticipate our needs and better serve us.

**What do you dislike about IPRO?**

I dislike when my Case Manager is not available and I have to communicate with a different Case Manager who does not operate with the same efficiency and knowledge.

**Recommendations to others considering IPRO:**

Ipro is an easy-to-use database review system, that can fit the needs of any law firm big or small. Having a Case Manager is the key to your successful use of the system, and can make the hardest task seem like a piece of cake.

I like the simplicity of the Review Platform and the overall power of the processing tool.

**What do you dislike about IPRO?**

The Native Viewer within the Review platform is slow.  In particular, the handling of large files and pdfs is slow and cumbersome.

**What problems is IPRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The largest gain from a company standpoint has been removing all of the ediscovery data from our internal platform.  We have seen less need for system admin time for backups and security

**What do you like best about IPRO?**

What I like best about eCapture by iPro is its ability to process hundreds of different file types. In the past we used outside vendors to process our e-discovery and were often told that multiple files couldn't be processed by their software. With eCapture we had far fewer file types that could not be processed.

**What do you dislike about IPRO?**

The one aspect of eCapture that I dislike is worker management. Often a worker would just go offline for no apparent reason, and we would have to restart the worker process before the worker would be able to process documents. The offline workers' issue slowed down the overall process and used up IT staff's time.

**What problems is IPRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using eCapture solved our problem of processing large amounts of both raw and structured data that we could not have done manually due to the sheer volume of data that we receive in discovery requests. eCapture has streamlined the process, saving us time as well as saving us money.

I worked in bith phase tiffing as well as processing. Tiffing is awsome, the quality of page tiffed is far better then one I did on Lawprediscovery. About processing, this is very friedly tool. One can easily learn.  Data processing is faster. Rules can be import if you already created one in first job

**What do you dislike about IPRO?**

So far as compare to Law it is fast, but if compare with nuix, it is like 19, 20.  Nuix is somehow little faster than eacapture in data ingestion and extraction.

In eDiscovery domain, we get tons of files at one time. So processing all in one go and culling out irrelevant files with less error. Is the best thing. Qc of tififng is much easier in ecapture than other tool. qc is the best part in it

It's is fast for processing and user friendly.

I have observed that we can not apply filter on inprogress jobs queue and have to scroll to find the desired job.
If we can have filters on jobs queue that would be great.

It is a great tool for tiffing. Connects directly with relativity without any issues. Fast and easy to process large volumes of data.

Using IPro we extract text form pdf file.also we generate Searchable and non searchable pdf.

The process of discovering the documents. Discovery, Extract, Export and Imaging.
The option to prepare searchable PDF , perform OCR and remove or apply branding etc.

**What do you like best about IPRO?**

Overall, eCap software has a streamlined work flow management design.  Its item level tracing, high visibility and strong UI control for each 'job' are the outstanding parts I like. I also like how much Ipro allows users to customize the ingestion and searches.

**What do you dislike about IPRO?**

There are few minor issues with the imaging process and our company had to come up with some workarounds. I believe they got improved and Ipro developers are keeping up with the community.

**Recommendations to others considering IPRO:**

eCapture by Ipro is a great product to use if the firm already has a matured technology and workflow management.

**What problems is IPRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My experience with Ipro product support have been positive. We had reported problems in imaging and ingestion stages and I recalled the representatives and developers were trying hard to solve the issues for us.
