**What do you like best about Nectar Desk?**

As the Digital Marketing Director at Canaflora, I day-to-day use Nectar Desk for our sales and marketing operations. It covers the full spectrum of call center needs, from inbound and outbound calling to call queue management and IVR setups. Nectar Desk integrates well with our CRM, enabling real-time updates on customer data and call outcomes.

**What do you dislike about Nectar Desk?**

I had several issues but their support team has proven to be highly responsive and helpful.

**What problems is Nectar Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The reporting dashboard within Nectar Desk offers real-time insights into agent performance, call statistics, and campaign success rates. This level of transparency helps us make data-driven decisions quickly. We optimize call scripts, adjust marketing strategies, or reallocate resources to the most successful campaigns.

**What do you like best about Nectar Desk?**

The software has many useful features, like Instagram integration, call recording, and live reports, which help us stay organized and efficient. We also love how it connects with Shopify. The system is simple to use, even for new team members, so training is quick and hassle-free. Their support team is always fast, friendly, and helpful whenever we need assistance.

**What do you dislike about Nectar Desk?**

It would be great to have a mobile app, but it’s not available yet.

**What problems is Nectar Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nectar Desk helps us handle calls and stay organized. Call recording and live reports make tracking easy. Furthermore, Instagram and Shopify integrations save time. The system is simple, so training new team members is quick.

I liked the SMS texting feature the best probably.

**What do you dislike about Nectar Desk?**

The customer service is horrible and their reporting is rudimentary.

**What problems is Nectar Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They were solbing our problem of how can we send quotes out as fast as possible through their SMS feature which allowed us to reach out to the customer faster and more convenient as opposed to an email.

pros: 
- has a lot of cool automations and options;
- user friendly;
- great support;

**What do you dislike about Nectar Desk?**

no cons, but integration with HubSpot would be great.

**What problems is Nectar Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been using Nectar desk for a few months already, most of all preview dialer, automated campaigns and SMS campaigns. The system is really user friendly and works well for our outbound campaigns. Customer service team is doing a great job, they set us up and did training sessions, our agents felt comfortable using the system. I truly recomment Nectar Desk, as besides the advanced functionality and good support, it's cheap enough.

**What do you like best about Nectar Desk?**

The user interface was very easy to navigate and use.

**What do you dislike about Nectar Desk?**

There were a lot of issues with the system and integrations. Almost impossible to cancel once you sign up to. You just keep getting put in a loop by the customer service team. I had days and days without the ability to call leads due to these issues and always took up to 24 hours for each issue to be addressed. 

**Recommendations to others considering Nectar Desk:**

The system has a lot of potential but they need to invest in some qualified technical support staff, not just a 'chat support' feature that goes to someone that can't help you.

Calling and managing leads generated in ActiveCampaign

**What do you like best about Nectar Desk?**

The numerous number of features for making our twenty-person office sound and perform as productively as any large private enterprise. The ease of installation and scalability let us grow from 15 to 20 agents enabled us to deliver the same services away from our desks smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Nectar Desk?**

I've been happy with Nectar Desk. As our previous call center system was not enough reliable - there were constant issues with calls’ lost and bad networks. So I have a fully eye of comparison and Nectar Desk is much better.

**Recommendations to others considering Nectar Desk:**

Undoubtedly, first of all, you have to do the analysis of demanded tools for your company. For us, Nectar Desk is an absolute fit. The Simplicity of usage and management connected with predictable billing was the bottom line. Our agents haven’t had any problems with learning the calling features, as well as analytics and monitoring capabilities.

**What problems is Nectar Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to instantly add users to multiple office locations within the same call center software.
Quality inbound and outbound calls to customers and robustness of Nectar Desk system helped our sales reps to widen the sales, and features assisted in improving communication skills significantly. Nectar Desk provides the user and customer with speedy service.
