We run a clothing store and use Nectar Desk for our call center, and it works great!

The software has many useful features, like Instagram integration, call recording, and live reports, which help us stay organized and efficient. We also love how it connects with Shopify. The system is simple to use, even for new team members, so training is quick and hassle-free. Their support team is always fast, friendly, and helpful whenever we need assistance.

Great solution for sales and omnichannel marketing
