Can we use Trip action to track mobility?

Yes, you can but your corporate policy would need to enforce using the T/A platform for all travels.

Our Finance Department at my company uses it for this purpose so I know it can be done. In fact, as a corporate policy for my company, all travel must be routed through TripActions to track employee business travel for tax purposes.
