# Which Meeting Management platforms integrate easily with calendar tools without requiring manual data entry?

Calendar integration sounds basic until manual re-entry starts eating time every week, so I focused specifically on how meeting management tools handle automatic sync versus those that still require manual upkeep.

Reclaim.ai (4.8 stars, 144 reviews): Built around Google Calendar and Outlook sync specifically, reviewers describe it as auto-rescheduling tasks and meetings as priorities shift with no manual reshuffling required, plus task sync from Asana, Todoist, Jira, and Linear directly into the calendar.

Fellow (4.7 stars, 2,436 reviews): The Google Meet extension surfaces the agenda directly inside the call without tab-switching, and reviewers describe the Google Workspace integration as seamless enough that it doesn't consume noticeable resources even while recording.

Decisions AI (4.4 stars, 401 reviews): Native to Microsoft 365, reviewers highlight tasks syncing automatically to Outlook and Microsoft Planner without any manual re-entry step.

Claap (4.6 stars, 470 reviews): Reviewers mention syncing directly with Slack, Notion, and Google Meet, calling the integrations seamless enough to avoid app switching, though this shows up more as workflow integration than as a deep two-way calendar sync.

Reclaim and Decisions AI reviewers are the most specific about zero manual data entry, since both are architected around a native calendar as the core, not an add-on. For teams on Google Workspace specifically, does Reclaim's task auto-scheduling replace the need for a separate meeting agenda tool, or are people still running both?

Auto-rescheduling meetings, not just tasks, is worth separating from the rest of what Reclaim does, since it creates a coordination cost that lands on other people. If only one side of a meeting is running an auto-rescheduler, the other participants experience their calendar moving without any visibility into why, since the tool making that decision isn't theirs. The "zero manual entry" benefit is real for the person using Reclaim, but it can quietly become friction for everyone else on their calendar who has no context for why a meeting keeps shifting.
