The information that de the platfoms gives you is very concise and helpful.

The Nailted team is always gathering our feedback and impreving the platform with it.

I love it, every time a can suggest an improvement they take it in consideration.

The possibility of giving your opinion anonymously. I think that's great because, as a leader, lets you understand the truth

**What do you dislike about Nailted?**

That is not connected to other HR platforms and it's a bit isoleted tool. Its like an 'add on' to all he tech stack we were using in the team.

**What problems is Nailted solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding the team's feeling during the week and controlling their 'emotional' well being to avoid mental breakdowns, try to ensure people is happy at work. This leads to few employee leaving my team and therefore me investing less time into onboarding team members and doing interviews or investing time in finding new team members

I didn't find anything I dislike of Nailted yet, it is indeed a very complete tool.

**What do you like best about Nailted?**

NailedIt was the solution to multiple things I needed. For months, I searched for something to manage 360 reviews, 1:1 check-ins, a recognition system, and feedback platform. One weekend I stumbled on NailtedIt and saw it was able to meet most of my needs and at a reasonable cost. I was able to set it up and roll out to the org that Monday. The team loves the ability to give claps to each other and send feedback to the Leadership team. The leadership team was very impressed with the software. Customer support is always very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Nailted?**

I believe the hardest thing for a large company is to keep track of every single team & employee. It can be very difficult to keep track of everyone and help each employee's needs/concerns.

**Recommendations to others considering Nailted:**

If you are looking for a place to handle managing your teams and would love to know the feedback from your employees, this is the place to get it.

**What problems is Nailted solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nailted help solved employee feedback, being able to see any employees feedback anonymously helps us (the leaders) realize what problems have surfaced and then attempt to fix any problems. Also having check-ins and 1:1 meetings, helped us meet our employees' needs and satisfaction.

The questions seem personal, would not expect to answer such vulnerable questions. It is nice that it comes at a routine time, easy to work into your weekly schedule

**What do you dislike about Nailted?**

I am not convinced that it would have a very impactful role in my work, also it could be too revealing sometimes, start to make me think more negatively than I wanted to when starting my week

Make sure youre going to actually use it or have accountability to use it, I think if the whole team gets into it it could really work

Trying to increase transparency and team satisfaction, or at least start a conversation around some uncomfortable topics. Trying to mediate or facilitate discussion to improve work culture

Nailted is an excellent tool that allows me to closely and accurately manage engagement in my organization.It is very intuitive, through the applause our collaborators actively participate and we obtain very accurate information on the work environment in the company

Don't hesitate to contact them at any time, support is quite responsive and effective.

You get feedback and start conversations really difficult to get otherwise. And you get insights about concepts usually left aside e.g., do we (as a company) care about my employees health? and their professional progression?

The best part is the chart that allows you to know where your employees stand in terms of security, motivation, autonomy... It is very clear how your employees feel in the company.

**What do you dislike about Nailted?**

The least I like is that I don't know when the surveys will be sent to the employees, I find it difficult to understand the load of emails or notifications that employees receive from Nailted.

**What problems is Nailted solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving time is the main thing; before, I used to create a survey and had to analyze the data with Excel, now I have everything available to consult when I need it. Additionally, the fact that it is anonymous helps to detect problems. On the other hand, I think the applause is a great idea to reward the team and the people who deserve it.

What we like most about Nailted is that everyone can express themselves anonymously, which makes it easier for no one to have to sugarcoat what they write or rate. This way, the analytics closely reflect the team's actual mood and clearly define where we are and where we can improve.

With metrics, we quickly and clearly see how our workers feel or perceive their career, recognition, stress level... and we can act before certain situations escalate.
1:1 meetings also help us have closer relationships and be able to talk about more personal topics, not just work-related ones.

Offer a trustworthy environment to the team, in REAL anonymity, as it is provided by a third party that guarantees it, and allows measuring the team's atmosphere and turning continuous improvement into something real and tangible in the day-to-day.

like everything automated, there's a risk of falling into routine and people stopping responding. You have to stay on top of it to prevent that from happening or it loses its purpose.

Help detect areas for improvement in the way teams are managed, identify their interests, and focus on what can be improved.

It is a perfect tool for providing constant feedback to the company on any aspect to improve, regardless of the management level. It has a very intuitive and easy design and allows you to know the well-being status of employees regarding the organization, something fundamental in our days.

And also, recognizing the work of your managers or colleagues through applause and comments (anonymous or nominative) is an excellent way to empower workers.

**What do you dislike about Nailted?**

The platform where the 1:1 meetings are held is not fully functional, especially when working with two screens. If it could be integrated with other platforms like Google Meet, it would greatly facilitate these types of sessions.

Solve issues and appreciate comments or learnings among teams where contact is not so direct.

- The surveys are very simple and objective and have very good adoption by the employees.
- I can know weekly how the team feels and what impact the actions we take to improve their well-being and alignment with our culture are having.
- The possibility of sending "applause" to team members is very engaging and the team loves it.
- NPS benchmark

**What do you dislike about Nailted?**

- Some questions or metrics are not applicable to all companies and create noise in the dashboard.
- I can't customize the use of Google Calendar and Google Meet for 1:1s.
- It would be good to have benchmarks with companies in your same industry and scale.

Measure the team's pulse. In a 100% remote company where one-on-one contact is most frequently weekly, it is very difficult to notice if something is not working well or what impact the actions you implement to improve the team's well-being have. Since we started using Nailted, we have been reacting in "real time" to the team's feedback and have been able to verify how these actions impact the metrics.

We can get in real time wich are the most important issues we have, and also wich are the best practices that are working to solve them. Besides, if we have any problem with the tool, Nailted's team always have a quick solution to fix it and some advices to improve our results.

Before Nailted, we had problems to get a real feedback, because we didn´t know if the employees were telling us the truth. Now, with Nailted, they now that their opinions and feedback are anonymus, so we have a lot a of information to work in.

It is very easy to use. In addition, it provides many metrics that allow you to detect problems and implement solutions accurately. It also helps with 1:1, as you can take notes and fix goals with your teams.

**What do you dislike about Nailted?**

It would be interesting if the tool included an area to manage the career and training plan.

**What problems is Nailted solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can see how are the teams with a neutral tool, and find solutions to real problems. It's really helpful, since I do not have to make decisions based on opinions coming from other members of the team or rumors, but on data. It is also a transparent way to see how the rest of the teams are doing. That helps to make leaders get involved in the management of the people and their needs.

Super easy to use, very useful, and allows you to see at the moment where the improvement points of the company are in relation to employee relations. It also allows you to communicate anonymously with your team to be able to address people and their problems in a safe way.

I miss more customization options.

During the lockdown, it allowed us to understand the team's mood and to contact them in case of noticing any deviation. Thanks to Nailted, we have been able to guide those people back to being happy with their work.

I like Nailted Slack integration which makes remembering and answering questions relatively smooth for the team. The mood and KPIs graphs have also proven fundamental on a weekly basis to use them as a compass tool.

**What do you dislike about Nailted?**

1:1 meetings use JITSI, but it would be helpful for us to use our Google Suite Meet events as they use to work in a better way.

Give everybody a voice. As a transparent-focus company, using Nailted gives everybody a voice that makes a direct benefit as you can (anonymously) engage with any person who is not happy and/or has important concerns.

**What do you like best about Nailted?**

Nailted streamlines processes that sometimes for People departments can be a bit lengthy, giving us constant and very important information when making decisions and implementing new plans and/or actions. It also allows a cross-sectional but also detailed view of how the equipment is and the frequency and quality of feedback moments. For employees, being able to share your feedback in an anonymous way gives them a safe and comfortable place to do so.

**What do you dislike about Nailted?**

At the moment there is nothing that I do not like, but in the future, it would be interesting to be able to integrate a performance review process (flexible and that companies could adjust) since the tool already has engagement and 1: 1 information.

Speed and quality of information, feedback frequency and team recognition.

I like how the topic of recognizing other people in the organization is oriented. I think it's a good idea for it to be something like a 360 review and to be done at the end of the week. I find it important to set aside time to acknowledge the work or specific situations you would like to highlight about the people you work with.

The fact that someone remembers you is something that fosters good relationships and makes you feel valued.

I think the interface and overall user experience of the application could be improved.

The team mood map and the dashboard. Everything, really. You can get a lot of info and insights, anonymous. It's hard to mention only one.

**What do you dislike about Nailted?**

Maybe more tips or ways to push people to use it but I am not sure if it would be too intrusive.

We are trying to keep our culture and values as high as possible. For us nailted is one of the best tools to receive the feedback about how good is our performance with the people.

It helps to enhance the environment positivity of the team. With claps, I can share how valuable are my teammates work. And for me everytime I get Claps from a teammate, it`s marvelous feedback. In these times when coffee chats are less common, having a plaform focus on giving and getting feedback in a good way, it`s awesome.

It`s worth it but time-consuming; I have to dedicate a lot of time to write claps and the fill surveys

Problems are identified before somebody is already burnout, and the trust in the teammates it's improved

The information provided by the surveys is very useful and is well segmented into different themes. The tool allows you to quickly and visually assess how the teams are doing and what needs they have. The information is anonymous, and this allows us to better understand the team's concerns. The ability to send applause to your colleagues is a great way to recognize effort and motivate people.

Some questions do not apply to our type of organization and are not useful to us.
