What do you like best about Nailted?

NailedIt was the solution to multiple things I needed. For months, I searched for something to manage 360 reviews, 1:1 check-ins, a recognition system, and feedback platform. One weekend I stumbled on NailtedIt and saw it was able to meet most of my needs and at a reasonable cost. I was able to set it up and roll out to the org that Monday. The team loves the ability to give claps to each other and send feedback to the Leadership team. The leadership team was very impressed with the software. Customer support is always very responsive. What do you dislike about Nailted?

I believe the hardest thing for a large company is to keep track of every single team & employee. It can be very difficult to keep track of everyone and help each employee's needs/concerns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The questions seem personal, would not expect to answer such vulnerable questions. It is nice that it comes at a routine time, easy to work into your weekly schedule Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am not convinced that it would have a very impactful role in my work, also it could be too revealing sometimes, start to make me think more negatively than I wanted to when starting my week Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part is the chart that allows you to know where your employees stand in terms of security, motivation, autonomy... It is very clear how your employees feel in the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nailted?

The least I like is that I don't know when the surveys will be sent to the employees, I find it difficult to understand the load of emails or notifications that employees receive from Nailted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding the frequency, you can verify in your control panel how often the surveys are sent, and by navigating within each person's profile, you can see when they received the latest notifications from Nailted.
