Nagios XI is by far the best monitor to watch the server. It has four work engines to to monitor the whole system. It is a very versatile and efficient tool which allows monitoring of existing nodes in logical network. Customization is really great and extensive. It provides timely alerts and helps to maintain the internal server capacity and bandwidth. Even the alerts can be customized according to the user requirements. Nagios provides very effective capacity planning features, configuration wizards, and configuration snapshot features which makes it super easy to manage the servers across organization. You can easily add or remove server in Nagios. Their core version is free. It is fully functional. It uses very less memory. Dashboard is very helpful and simplified. Many of the useful features does not come free with the app. They are really good and raise the functionality but makes it expensive. Installation of add-ons on Nagios Core can be difficult. No real time graphing unless an add-on is installed. Sometimes during refreshing, the previous data crashes so have to take precautions and add the information manually to review.
