A good comprehensive monitoring tool for SMBs. I love the simplicity of the tool and one of the key things I like personally is the Eagle Eye view. What do you dislike about Nagios XI? How the pricing is structured, it's a subscription model. However the price increases at a very high margin each year. It's highly important to understand and know what's going in your Infra and manage the infra as per the demands. It could be either capacity management, Log management. When you have a huge count of servers, storage, networking, end-user, and cloud devices, it's important to know what is happening with all these. More like you want to where your salary and expenditure are going every month right? You have to know and understand so that you can plan better to achieve your goals.
