The Ad-Hoc reprts are not very user friendly to create, view, or print. They should work more like the pivot tables in the dashboard. Print format is bad and should be configurable.

Lines data does not reflect what our warehouse system considers as a line. A "line" n the industry is a part of an order for a specific SKU but TZA reflects lines as data lines coming from WMS. This data is not a relevant KPI and causes only confusion.

There are kiosk activity groups, but no way to configure which buttons are shown on the kiosk interface. This shold be arrangable like the dashboard or the workbench. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
