**What do you like best about Munshify CRM?**

Munshify’s Lead Bio feature is great, it provides me with all possible engagements a lead has had with my business. I can always make an appeal from their interests or get to know more about the recipient and tend to make it more likely for their response to convert.

**What do you dislike about Munshify CRM?**

I can’t fine-tune it to the extent where I can read out the necessary data fields that I require. Without this level of detail I find it difficult to pinpoint these gaps in my own sales plan.

**What problems is Munshify CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the use of Munshify CRM, customer relationships have been decentralized hence decreasing the amount of work load. Candidate tracking, lead pipeline and conversion of deals are all integrated within the platform.

**What do you like best about Munshify CRM?**

Munshify is remarkably easy to use and it does not replicate the typical unornamental and complex layout of most typical CRMs. The Lead Bio feature is great as it gives a bird’s eye view of each lead’s engagement, a huge bonus for our team to not miss any touchpoint.

**What do you dislike about Munshify CRM?**

For emails marketing, accounting, and project management our company uses several third party applications. Indeed, there are no smooth integrations with these platforms, and what is left is having to physically transfer data in and out.

**What problems is Munshify CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Munshify has facilitated the management of the company’s pipeline of sales. The simple appearance and the abilities to preset automated reports give us substantial information on leads and opportunities to enhance the flow of sales.
