
I like MSB Docs for its user-friendly interface that's very easy to understand. The way you can just add documents and signer information, such as email and name, and then simply send the document for signing is really convenient. The dashboard is self-explanatory, with a sent items tab, received items tab, and a compose tab for new documents. I find the signing details helpful; for example, when sending a document to two people for signing, if one person signs, MSB shows it as 50% complete, which makes it easier to track the process. The setup process is straightforward and step by step, which makes it easier than any other similar product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the things I don't like is that when we send a document and make a mistake, there's no option to undo or edit it. We have to send a fresh document again, which could be solved by adding an edit function to reduce duplicate work. Also, having more options for font style and font size would be a great help.
