**What do you like best about Move the Chain?**

Move the Chain integrates directly into Slack and Teams, making engagement and recognition feel natural throughout the workday instead of an extra task. It works seamlessly with the tools employees already use while providing creative, customized solutions that align with our unique company culture. HR gains clear visibility and actionable analytics without the need for complex implementation, turning company values into meaningful daily habits. Implementation was quick and effortless, and the team proved to be thoughtful, responsive, and collaborative—far more than just a vendor, they became a true partner in shaping our culture. Customer support is outstanding.

Within just three months of launch, over 75% of our employees were using the platform weekly—exceeding our expectations for engagement!

**What do you dislike about Move the Chain?**

I’d love additional features for global rollouts, like bulk edits and expanded localization (language packs, Right-to-Left text). These are minor issues; the platform already delivers exceptional day-to-day value.

**What do you like best about Move the Chain?**

Move the Chain makes recognition in Teams effortless. It was really easy to implement! It's fully integrated, so you don’t need another app or login — just tag a teammate, drop a quick message or GIF, and everyone joins in. It’s fun, social, and gets real conversations going. I also love the points and rewards program — the leaderboard adds a bit of friendly competition that keeps everyone engaged. We haven't had any issues, but the team has been super responsive and have started implementing some suggestions to personalize our experience!

**What do you dislike about Move the Chain?**

Sometimes the notifications can get a little too lively during busy days, but honestly, it’s better than the silence we had before. It just means we use it all the time!

**What problems is Move the Chain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before, recognition was random and inconsistent — now it’s part of daily life. Managers and peers are recognizing each other all the time, and it’s made a huge difference in morale. Even remote folks feel more connected and seen.

We were looking for a recognition tool that could keep our team engaged while staying true to our brand, and Move the Chain delivered. It's now a go-to app in our office, and everyone loves using it and uses it daily. 

The Move the Chain team has been incredibly collaborative, responsive, and thoughtful throughout the process, helping us build a culture that feels genuine. It integrates effortlessly with our existing systems and offers creative, customized solutions that make our employees feel valued and connected.

Implementation was a breeze—just a simple app install in Microsoft Teams. From there, we were able to tailor everything, from features to functionality, to suit our needs. And the customer support? Absolutely top-tier.

Honestly, there’s nothing we would change. They did a great job! They’re already expanding the use cases for the AI agent bot, which we’re excited to see evolve.

Move the Chain integrates directly into Slack/Teams, where employees already communicate, and makes recognition and engagement feel completely natural instead of another program to manage. What really stands out is how it combines seamless integration with most, if not all, of the systems a company already uses, while still delivering solutions that are creative, one-of-a-kind, and tailored to the specific culture and user experience required. It turns company values into daily habits and gives HR the visibility and analytics they need—without the burden of heavy implementation.

**What do you dislike about Move the Chain?**

For global teams, I’d love deeper localization (e.g., Right-to-Left text support and language packs) and bulk editing for multi-site rollouts. Minor wishlis. Day-to-day value is excellent.

Move the Chain turns culture into a daily habit rather than a separate program. 
It eliminates the scattered experience of juggling multiple tools for recognition, onboarding, events, and communities, while giving HR real-time visibility and analytics. The result is a platform that makes employees feel connected and recognized, while freeing HR from manual processes and helping the company live its values in a tangible, everyday way.

**What do you like best about Move the Chain?**

The platform makes it super easy to launch your Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts. You can benefit from pre-baked CSR calendars, easy-to-set-up Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and an ability to align with the UN pledge. 

The platform also allows you to launch fundraisers for causes your company and your employees care about, run matching programs, have virtual events/challenges, etc.

Once you get things moving, the platform also aggregates company activity for CSR and makes it easy to track, report on, and share on social media. 

The integration into TEAMs is a big benefit as well.

**What do you dislike about Move the Chain?**

Not a dislike, but it is important to get your employees to create profiles associated with your company in the system. This automates the reporting considerably.

**What problems is Move the Chain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Move the Chain makes it easy to launch your CSR efforts and track the impact that your company and its people are having. It really aids engagement by making fundraising/volunteering events easy to do and transparent.
