Move the Chain integrates directly into Slack and Teams, making engagement and recognition feel natural throughout the workday instead of an extra task. It works seamlessly with the tools employees already use while providing creative, customized solutions that align with our unique company culture. HR gains clear visibility and actionable analytics without the need for complex implementation, turning company values into meaningful daily habits. Implementation was quick and effortless, and the team proved to be thoughtful, responsive, and collaborative—far more than just a vendor, they became a true partner in shaping our culture. Customer support is outstanding.

What do you like best about Move the Chain?

Move the Chain makes recognition in Teams effortless. It was really easy to implement! It's fully integrated, so you don’t need another app or login — just tag a teammate, drop a quick message or GIF, and everyone joins in. It’s fun, social, and gets real conversations going. I also love the points and rewards program — the leaderboard adds a bit of friendly competition that keeps everyone engaged. What do you like best about Move the Chain?

The platform makes it super easy to launch your Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts. You can benefit from pre-baked CSR calendars, easy-to-set-up Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and an ability to align with the UN pledge.

The platform also allows you to launch fundraisers for causes your company and your employees care about, run matching programs, have virtual events/challenges, etc.

Once you get things moving, the platform also aggregates company activity for CSR and makes it easy to track, report on, and share on social media.

What do you dislike about Move the Chain?
