You can benefit from pre-baked CSR calendars, easy-to-set-up Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and an ability to align with the UN pledge. The platform also allows you to launch fundraisers for causes your company and your employees care about, run matching programs, have virtual events/challenges, etc. Once you get things moving, the platform also aggregates company activity for CSR and makes it easy to track, report on, and share on social media.
