**What do you like best about MortarStone?**

MortarStone is a great product! It's very user-friendly and easy to use. It fills a major void in our church's giving platform - robust reporting and tracking abilities. It even seems to gather information on our households better and more easily than our actual database does. We've been highly satisfied with MortarStone for the several years we've been users and it has helped us increase generosity.

**What do you dislike about MortarStone?**

The only issue I've ever had with MortarStone was a recent price increase that was implemented without reasonable communication and transparency. Functionally, I couldn't be happier with MortarStone, however.

**What problems is MortarStone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our giving platform does a great job of accepting and tracking gifts. However, it's very poor at reporting and generosity development. MortarStone solves those problems.

**What do you like best about MortarStone?**

MortarStone is easy to use and gives me quick access to important metrics on giving. I want our team to be able to effectively minister to our people, and this allows us to identify ministry opportunities that we otherwise would miss.

**What do you dislike about MortarStone?**

There is nothing I dislike about the system, and I am looking forward to more customization options in the future.

**What problems is MortarStone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MortarStone helps me to see giving trends and metrics quickly and efficiently. I can see changes in patterns as they happen, allowing us to respond much more quickly. Not knowing what is happening kept us from being able to communicate well. MortarStone lets us know what is really happening so we can communicate better on both individual and corporate levels.
