I like that Momence is an all-in-one platform. I appreciate the lead funnel tool with text and email capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Momence? Momence failed at all levels. Onboarding was difficult. Platform was not flexible in allowing different season or session approaches. The sales team miscommunication made it seem the platform could do a lot more than it actually could. Lots of bugs in the software. Lots of wasted time trying to get everything set up. I use Momence for CRM in running a dance studio, specifically enrolling students in classes and managing leads, which helps with marketing to potential students.
