I appreciate the lead funnel tool with text and email capabilities. **What do you dislike about Momence?** Momence failed at all levels. Onboarding was difficult. Platform was not flexible in allowing different season or session approaches. The sales team miscommunication made it seem the platform could do a lot more than it actually could. Lots of bugs in the software. Lots of wasted time trying to get everything set up. I was pushed through onboarding and launched without anything being functional. **What problems is Momence solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Momence for CRM in running a dance studio, specifically enrolling students in classes and managing leads, which helps with marketing to potential students. ### 2. Also, setting up Momence was easy as one two three. **What do you dislike about Momence?** Momence keeps on evolving with many updates, so it's understandable that it needs more improvement, especially in its settings and generating a report. **What problems is Momence solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Momence for assisting hosts in business, solving payment processes, and systemizing customer acquisition. It excels in analytics and technical support, and its fast integration with platforms like Meta and AI boosts my business growth. ### 3.
