They are patiently willing to help me in understanding how to use their product. They've gone way and beyond on making sure I get the most out of what they have to offer!

The only downside is, I actually have to pay money, but because I've been very satisfied with their product, I don't mind paying that money! It's well worth the investment!

When trying to text people from my phone, I was continually being blackballed. It got to the point no one was getting my text, now everyone is because of Mobiniti!

The biggest problem we encountered with marketing was the fact most people filter the majority of their e-mail traffic. Mobiniti solved that by providing a simple, cost effective sms platform.

I'm VERY PLEASED with the staff and their availability to assist in producing a product that makes your company looks 1st class. In my opinion, James, Jaclyn and Nick, along with the other team of employees at Mobiniti, is the best in this business. I've dealt with other companies in this business and I can unapologetically say that my experience with Mobiniti  has been the best decision we could have made.

Mobiniti is so easy to use and keeps our connections on autopilot so we can do what we do best, create new connections.

At first, I thought we didn't like the limit of 14 events when creating a campaign... we wanted some to go 52 weeks. Then we ended up canceling EVERY 14 week sequence before the halfway mark as circumstances changed the campaign.

Solving the problems of It Takes To Long To Follow Up, Valuable leads being forgotten and how to thrive in business during covid era.

**What do you like best about Mobiniti?**

Cost.  The price per message and low cost of entry is very appealing.  The interface is largely easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Mobiniti?**

Twice they let our short URL domain expire - it screwed up a whole day of sales and annoyed our clients! We had lost revenue because of it. And they were INCREDIBLY SLOW to fix the issue.  Because of this, we are currently looking at other vendors.  Also, you have to use a spreadsheet to import contacts without sending an opt-in (I do understand why it's like that, to keep the system from being used by spammers, but it's still very annoying and a real pain when updating our sales lists).  You have to send an opt-out query every 30 days (VERY annoying).  The interface for searching contacts could be better - the search would be much better if you could search the custom fields.

Great price compared to the competitors.  Customer service has gone downhill.

**What problems is Mobiniti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mass texting of sales clients with weekly sales sheets.  Increased sales.  We've been able to get messages out that would not go out if sent individually due to carrier spam restrictions.

**What do you like best about Mobiniti?**

Live support and follow-up from their staff.  Their staff is responsive and knowledgeable.  The learning curve for their platform is short.  Data administration and response tracking are simple.  And the results have been company changing in the best kind of way; more money in the bank.

**What do you dislike about Mobiniti?**

The only detractors come from my propensity to not read instructions first, and were really based on terminology.  There are new words for things like merge field and data relationships that an old dog had to learn.

**Recommendations to others considering Mobiniti:**

If you are considering a texting service, Mobiniti is the one I strongly recommend.  Their staff is responsive and knowledgeable.  The learning curve for their platform is short.  Data administration and response tracking are simple.

If you are adept at managing flat files, take the time to learn their terms and data importing formats.

**What problems is Mobiniti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The response from our campaigns has been much better than expected.

Responses are not so much texting back, but more that we KNOW the customer has received the message.  The tell us.  Every single one we've spoken to since starting up the service has.

**What do you like best about Mobiniti?**

Mobiniti gives me access to send a text to all of my 5,500 text subscribers. The amount of text messages we get for the buck is a great price. The setup is very user-friendly and having the ability to add pictures is a great add-on! Great customer service from Nick as well!

**What do you dislike about Mobiniti?**

Perhaps the only thing I do not like is that I can't send unlimited messages. Although not Mobiniti's fault but getting all the text in with a cap was at times difficult.

It is a great platform to use for your text blasts! The features are easy to use and overall I felt it was easy on the wallet, which is always a plus

It helps me to solve the problem of reaching my customers and knowing that when I send the text that it will go to all of them. Whereas, on other platforms, I think your total audience is never fully reached.

**What do you like best about Mobiniti?**

I appreciate the simplicity of the dashboard and how you can intuitively navigate everything. It only takes a couple of minutes to create a coupon, come up with a text, and send it out. I have been using Mobiniti for over a year now and was able to optimize my campaign by taking advantage of the reporting features. They also have a responsive customer service team!

**What do you dislike about Mobiniti?**

You can customize coupons to look good, but you cannot select different fonts. It would be great if Mobiniti could add this feature to help with branding.

**Recommendations to others considering Mobiniti:**

Mobiniti has many more features I haven't used yet, so it works for smaller and larger organizations. I recommend going through the list of features to see whether Mobiniti can replace other software as well.

We weren't able to track coupon redemptions previously. Now we can do it!

User Interface and swift actions with customer feedback are really good.

**What do you dislike about Mobiniti?**

Customer support is not 24/7 and it will be great if that is taken care of. Because one time I was not aware of the telecom regulation rule that the messages have to be sent after 9AM. I was trying multiple times and then once I got hold of the support, they actually fixed it and now I am able to send SMS at any time.

Affordable product and have good features

**What problems is Mobiniti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Mobiniti as our secondary or sometimes primary channel of communication during our DR scenarios. It was really helpful during curfew and other emergency scenarios in Chicago. Also we use it to send alerts to our users if there are any Police activity near our office or job site locations.

The ease of use and the ability to do whatever is necessary from my phone. Doesn't require hardly any time to set up. Also enjoy the willingness of their support team to engage and help solve issues.

The site can be clunky/slow at times. The upload process is really slow too. Adding a mobile interface would be helpful.

Play around to determine what works best for you. Consider using additional accounts for segmented customer groups.

We have experimented with different marketing ideas and rolled them out to larger initiatives once we determined what worked best. It has helped us create additional revenue and lowered customer churn.

I can set reminders up in advance and forget about it. I know the content will get to my shoppers and I don't have to do it at 5am. 
My second favorite feature is that I can group my audience based on what word they used to join our text club.

We are an urgency based business. I don't want to rely on email for my customers. This is immediate and I know my customers aren't sifting through 500 messages in hopes they find mine.

I came to Mobiniti after being burned by different text message provider. I'm bummed that I didn't find them sooner in my research. Their platform is top notch, with lots of integration and their customer service is stellar. One of my favorite things about Mobiniti is their own email-marketing which really encourages, teaches and inspires you on how to use their platform. They have a great head (and eye!) for marketing which has supported my business needs.

I'm new(er) to Mobiniti but there's nothing I don't like as of yet. I came from a different provider and their service has gone above and beyond what I was paying for (and costs less, too!)

The more subscribers you have, the more costly it is. While it's a valuable marketing tool, it does get pretty expensive.

I think it can do a lot more than what we have used it for. We have just used the basic features.

The overall flow of the website is easy to follow and navigate.

If you have a balance in your account for text and go over it, will not send them until you re-up your balance. Not a big deal, but some users forget to look at the balance and dont re-up before trying to send it out.

It works well and easy to configure and has excellent support.

Emergency Text services it is cheap and only used maybe a few times a year.  We could use more of the features, but the purpose is exactly why we got it—simple text messages as cheap as possible with a low monthly rate.

I wish the templates were easier to use- I have Friday meetings that I would love to be able to write the one text reminder and select all the days that it needs to go out.
Also, when a person with an iPhone "likes" or responds to the text message, it removes them from my subscribers.

Would like the ability to schedule automated messages to go out based on particular cadence i.e. daily at 7 am.  This would allow us to schedule recurring campaigns using data via the api without having to actually do the recurring call through api / dev work

Mobitini has been a great find for us since it has simplified communication with all our clients by helping us in our SMS campaigns, thanks to mobitini we can easily make coupons, promotions and information to our clients very quickly The cost per message is really low Another good point in its favor since it is fully accessible for small and medium-sized companies, the technical support is attentive without a doubt, it is the best decision we have made using mobiniti since with our first and second campaign we managed to raise more than 6 times more than in campaigns previous

We have no problem with mobiniti, we highly recommend them since they have the best service in addition to giving you security when starting a conversation with their technical support

This software product really allows you to jump right in and have a text messaging program up and running in a day with a huge feature set that is relatively advanced in comparison to most providers in this price tier.

**What do you dislike about Mobiniti?**

My only complaint so far is that while it's easy to have users self identify their zip code to geographically target messaging upon signup, sending messaging to certain zip codes takes a really long time and is cumbersome. I wish there was a map where you could outline the geographic area you wish to send to that automatically took care of identifying the proper zip codes in that area.

Make sure to do a product demo and get specific with them!

We've seen great join rates with our program and increased sales due to high open rates. We currently have no open issues unresolved with Mobiniti.

**What do you like best about Mobiniti?**

We wanted a way to get into our customer's pockets literally. Understanding the nature of our customer base and their communication expectations, all schools of thought lead to some sort of text messaging service. Email wasn't getting the job done with open and click rates declining continuously month over month.  That's when we decided to speak with our account manager at Mobiniti who provided us with email services for the last two years. Mobiniti has helped our business have several successful text to win campaigns. It's user friendly and has helped us grow a list of customers.

I'm not sure I've found a downside of Mobiniti itself so far. Our main issues usually come from customers who think they are texting an actual person and try to have a conversation. The one issue we have had is that the auto winner picker feature has picked the same person more than once a few times.

Once you get used to using it, it can be very helpful for your business!

It allows us to have more randomly picked winners for our contests. If we are picking ourselves, we sometimes tend to show bias, but the random picker makes it easy to pick someone.

Price is good, but what stands out is the customer service and prompt response. Their customer service is the absolute best and the ability to schedule and customize messages per keyword group is fantastic. They also create custom subscriptions based on ea h individual companies needs not a one size fits all model which helps with his because we primarily send MMS messages

**What do you dislike about Mobiniti?**

It does not have the most mobile friendly dashboard. I wish it had the ability to forward replies to a cell phone and respond to users via text. Wish they had a mobile app to draft messages on which would make turnaround on creating messages easier.

We are doing text and MMS messages. Benefits are that is easy to create and send and texts arrive quickly.  It's easy to set up with shortcodes and a shortened number per account. Also it has a great coupon feature which helps with our business a lot. It has helped go increase sales and drive traffic  to our restaurants. It has certainly increased our sales.

Mobiniti is the second texting tool we've utilized, but it is the one we've stuck with. Not only because it is easy to use once you've navigated through the various tools but because it is reliable. On top of that, the guides to assist are easy to find and easy to use. I highly recommend Mobiniti.

The layout takes some time to get used to but once you do, it's easy to set up a campaign.

**What do you like best about Mobiniti?**

The pricing was just right for us. As a marketing company we were able to still make money while providing a great service for our clients and saving them money from the platform that they had been using. It was a win-win. The analytics are great and the capabilities of the platform are really fantastic. We have yet to tap into them all because just a simple text works so well for us to drive business. We can also set up drip-campaigns which is really impactful.

**What do you dislike about Mobiniti?**

The platform is a little bit clunky. It has gotten a lot better over time, but it still has some little finicky bugs that you have to learn how to navigate from trial and error. The support team was also a drawback for a while just because it seemed like I knew more about the platform from working with it for so long than they did. The whole team seems to have turned over fairly recently, though and I've had a much better experience lately. I HATE having to use a ZenDesk type submission form anytime I need something, so I it is super great to be able to just call customer service and get not only a person, but someone who knows me and the account.
I have heard that Mobiniti can sometimes remove the export function of the platform and in essence "hold your list for ransom " I have not experienced this but it is something to look out for in any texting platform that you choose to use. 
Moving lists over from a different platform is fairly complex and difficult, unless you have very specific documentation of how you acquired the list and the terms and conditions of that previous list and proof of their opting in. But Mobiniti worked with us and helped make it possible.

Don't hesitate to hop on the phone and talk with support if something seems off or if you have questions.

One of the things I like best about Mobiniti is their dashboard. It keeps everything I need front and center, and makes navigation simple.

My least favorite thing about Mobiniti would probably be the mobile version, how it looks on my phone. Sometimes I have to get out a quick message to our constitutes and my phone is all I have access to. It's doable to send a message, but more cumbersome than on a computer. (It is super easy to do it on a computer though!)

I advise you to check out all that Mobiniti has to offer! Their platform is user friendly, the pricing is afforable, and their customer service is extraordinary!

Hands down... the team. We have a number of unique needs for our SMS platform and Mobiniti more than followed through for us. These requirements were not originally part of their offering, but they were the ONLY SMS company willing to meet us where we needed them most-- and we literally reached out to every popular texting software in the industry. Tanner went above and beyond to make things happen for our company. He also worked hard, after the new features were released, to troubleshoot any complications we faced later on-- let me note that these issues were not because of the platform, rather specific to our company.

**What do you dislike about Mobiniti?**

Like any software integration that happens with a new company, there are always growing pains. When we started our partnership with Mobiniti we went through a number of different reps, before Tanner headed our account. These reps were helpful but struggled to make things happen for us. It seemed like with every call we were re-inventing the wheel. That said, Mobiniti has more than stepped up their game and our franchise partners, guests, and leadership team have been more than impressed.

The only problems were are currently working through is training our internal team on how to effectively implement this at the POS and Mobiniti has been more than supportive helping us accomplish this.

Everyone can understand this product in a matter of minutes. Adding additional funds is a breeze. Monitoring for replies is simple as it can be set to go directly to a mobile phone. Users can build out their own profiles with automated messaging options. Overall, it's just a really solid product that doesn't get in its own way.

There isn't much to dislike here. We've used the product for over 4 years and haven't found a better replacement.

Text marketing has proven itself to be extremely effective. It is easy and James Gildea provided patient, excellent customer training.

When creating a text, the last option is "Save Text". If you click that button it is the send button so we thought we were saving a text but were sending a text. It caught us offguard. We thought we would have the abitlity to review and send the "Save Text" but oops, we sent it and got our butts kicked by hungry pizza customers.

I've been using Mobiniti for the last year. It was a game-changer for me. Getting attendees' contact info (after speaking) was nearly impossible at conferences. Yes, a few offered their business card, but most left the sessions and disappeared.  The contest function is without any hesitation my favorite function. Using Mobiniti, I offer my most updated slides , an opportunity to win a free book, and a few other resources in exchange for a text. My response rate has been 75% or higher. The cost to do this is just crazy affordable too. I create a massive amount of digital content and use multiple platforms. Mobiniti so far delivers the highest ROI.  Now that most of my "speaking" is virtual ...I'm still using Mobiniti and acquiring new contacts.  After a very brief learning curve, it's become a routine part of my lead generation and marketing.

**What do you dislike about Mobiniti?**

Mobiniti offers a lot of options.  Support has been great but it's a pain in the butt to contact them every time I have a question. I'd probably be using it more often if it offered video (or even text) tutorials for all the options.

Mobiniti has allowed me to capture personal contact info at conferences, who rarely provide more than names if that. As soon as I provide the text and #, most attendees quickly pick up their phones and respond.  I also speak about using text messaging for recruitment and employee engagement. This demonstrates how many people will send a text and how few respond to email!

We were using Mobinti for promoting our restaurant group - but we had to close all our restaurants due to the COVID19 pandemic - we ended up using Mobiniti to keep in touch with all our furloughed staff - has been a real life line for keeping in touch with them! Today we were able to quickly notify everyone their meal kits are ready to pick up!!! Fast and reliable service and support - would highly recommend!
