What problems is Mindtickle solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Mindtickle, our content was scattered across messaging apps, cloud storage, emal, and people's laptops and phones. Now, with Mindtickle, we keep all of our internal and external content and resources in a single location. Sales Hubs help us organize content by internal and external audiences. Tags make it easy to categorize conotent by type, audience, buyer stage, etc. For example, we have content for our Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Partners.
Onboarding new sales team members used to be a big challenge, requiring a lot of preparation of custom slide decks, calendaring, emails and pulling together a variety of content such as checklists, spreadsheets, documents, and product demos. Now we have an organized way to deliver new team member onboarding and can track each person's progress.
Before Mindtickle, when prospects wanted more product information after an initial call, we had to find files to attach to an email and forward that email to all of the attendees. Now we use Mindtickle's built-in Digital Sales Rooms (DSRs) and templates to make it easy to share the relevant content with prospects, partners, and customers, including a company overview, 3rd party analyst research, product data sheets, customer videos, slides, and testimonials.
