From my experience, Microsoft Teams is a big help for day-to-day collaboration, especially when working across different teams and dealing with incidents or escalations. Features like quick chat, instant calls, screen sharing, and document collaboration make communication smoother and faster. Instead of getting stuck in long email chains, we can connect right away, align quickly, and resolve issues sooner, which ultimately saves time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I dislike about Microsoft Teams is that it can sometimes feel a bit heavy, especially during meetings or when I have multiple applications running. Notifications can also get overwhelming at times, particularly when I’m part of many channels and chats. The search functionality works, but finding older messages or files can still take extra time.
