Not much, I do not like Microsoft's minimalist Windows style. It's impossible to tell whether it's a box or just a container. Its a problem across their Office suite but Teams is particularly bad. Its hard to navigate the side panel as well or find files. It sucks that there are still industries that it is the "gold standard". Its too expensive as well Microsoft has more money than God.
