
Ease of use is insane for a system this complex. I came from zero hotel background and just figured it out. Implementation was smoother than I expected. Support actually picks up and knows what they're talking about. We use it every single day across all departments. The fact that PMS, POS and IBE all talk to each other is a game changer. Honestly not much. The menu editor in the POS has some bugs that cost you time. Translation options could be better. And occasionally updates shift things around without much warning. But nothing that makes me question the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
