What do you like best about MetaSurvey?

The UI is very easy to navigate for any users (especially non-techy users like myself), and very easy to customise to cater for different business needs. There are a variety of survey options that you can include, and there will probably be more survey options in the future. The team is very supportive and responsive on any questions you have, and keen to open for ideas / suggestions. The UI is also very clean, and the data analytics provide great insights into how each of users interacted with your surveys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Extremely easy to use, with friendly user interface!"

What do you like best about MetaSurvey?

The ease of use. I have previous experience in using online survey systems, this is one of the easier to pick up and get to speed. I like how user-friendly it is. It took me only minutes to create my first survey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MetaSurvey?

Not really anything I dislike, but I can offer some suggestions on improving it even better. E.g. adding more questions types, and allow more themes, or user-defined CSS, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MetaSurvey?

It is simple, but powerful. Many different survey formats and you can mix and match inside a survey. You can then also share it with a link or embed it - really practical! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MetaSurvey?

Nothing big, the only minor this would be that the final thank you page has a button that says "create free survey" that can't be removed even when removing Metasurvey branding. That's the only negative I can think of, not a deal-breaker though Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MetaSurvey?

Super fast survey builder performing absolutely well on all devices! Very intuitive to use with great UX. Helpful to discover customer preferences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

More customization is needed, like automation and SaaS - while recently have introduced webhooks, which is a good first step.

What do you like best about MetaSurvey?

- As stated in another review, the UI is so polished that it feels more like a game, a social media interaction or something like that, making it smooth and easy, which helps completion both on the maker side and the customer side.

I love the animation, the fading, it looks professional and it's a pleasure to use, it doesn't come in the way, it doesn't attack you with hard reloads.

- The app and features just work

- The founder really listen and they adapt their roadmap to their users, and ship regularly. A good company that you'd want to support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MetaSurvey?

- Nothing that I dislike but the fact that MetaSurvey is still at the beginning of its road so we need to wait some weeks or month to be able to use it as a full replacement of SurveyMoney or Typeform

- No integration yet, I'm looking forward to webhooks, Pabbly and possibly a Notion integration? That'd be SO fine 😀 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MetaSurvey solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm always looking for the "best solution" and investing a lot of time into assessing my needs and the possibilities, before locking myself in a tool.

I finally found a builder that can do form, and survey, and looks good, and can be embedded as a widget on my website and isn't a pain to use. That's what I've been looking for for several weeks now. Our team is re-reding it if for motivation! We have worked almost 3 years to make polished, friendly and light UI that is also functional. You are very helpful and dedicated customer. I have already added your requests to our Feature requests list in notion, and some of them were already released (on site surveys) !

We are working now to release first integrations (via web hooks) - it will allow Pabbly and Zapier integrations! 🔌 We have also added sleek Open answer questions with 5 sub-types. And we are ready to ship more soon!

"Surveys that are fun for participants!"

What do you like best about MetaSurvey?

I love that the developers put the participant of the survey at the center of their operations. If a survey isn't finished it is useless in many cases. The usability is really awesome and I haven't used a comparable tool yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MetaSurvey?

I dislike nothing. However, I hope that the tool grows in the future: Maybe some more customization features in regards to the welcome screen? Maybe more survey options (like choosing one of two pictures)? What do you like best about MetaSurvey?

Companies need feedback, customers never enjoy doing it. The FEEL of this is more like an app or a game, less like a survey. It feels interactive, easy, and speedy. Swipe, touch, slide, swipe, swipe, touch. Done! As a company that would love more feedback on new product designs, the ability to quickly have customers vote yes or no is priceless. What do you like best about MetaSurvey?

The UI and UX are excellent! Although there are already so many poll builders, outhere MetaSurvey could make it much better!

It's incredible fast and it performs on all devices:

1. Smartphones

2. Desktops

I`m pleased that you`ve mentioned the UI and mobile phone adaptation. There is a big problem on the market with mobile surveys Interface - which we were trying to solve.
