The UI is very easy to navigate for any users (especially non-techy users like myself), and very easy to customise to cater for different business needs. There are a variety of survey options that you can include, and there will probably be more survey options in the future. The team is very supportive and responsive on any questions you have, and keen to open for ideas / suggestions. The UI is also very clean, and the data analytics provide great insights into how each of users interacted with your surveys.

It is simple, but powerful. Many different survey formats and you can mix and match inside a survey. You can then also share it with a link or embed it - really practical!
