## About MessageDesk
MessageDesk is a web-based business text messaging and shared SMS inbox platform that enables organizations to send and receive SMS/MMS from existing landline or VoIP phone numbers through a multi-user interface. MessageDesk is designed for mid-sized and larger teams that want a centralized way to handle texting without moving their primary phone numbers to a new carrier. MessageDesk supports U.S. and Canadian 10-digit numbers and can connect with all major VoIP providers and messaging services like Twilio, while allowing voice calls to remain with the current provider. Capabilities include: Text-enabling existing numbers: connect a business landline, Twilio, or VoIP number via number hosting/authorization, or use new local or toll-free numbers. Shared team inbox: all inbound/outbound conversations appear in a single inbox for multiple agents, with conversation history visible to the team. Relay automations/workflows: assignment, labeling, filtering, and internal collaboration features to automatically send messages and route conversations across threads. Messaging features: group texting, mass/broadcast texting, MMS messaging/media, templates, and scheduled text messages. Customers use MessageDesk in a variety of ways, including for appointment reminders, customer support via text, sales or lead follow-ups, dispatch and logistics messaging, HR and company updates, service and delivery updates, and billing notifications. MessageDesk also includes carrier registration support for A2P 10DLC, which is required for all business texting use cases in the U.S. You can use MessageDesk via any device with a web browser or download the companion mobile apps for iOS or Android. I value the onboarding, automations, and native connections with other software in MessageDesk. They allow us to use it across different platforms.

**What do you dislike about MessageDesk?**

I dislike pretty much everything about MessageDesk. The setup was awful, and I regret switching to it.

I use MessageDesk for a shared inbox, which helps with messy communication.

**What do you like best about MessageDesk?**

I think it is very easy to use and understand basically very user friendly and supportive in terms of customer satisfaction as well. I frequently have used this application in my previous organization. It has a wide range of features to choose from. It's very easily integrated with the other applications as well. It is also very easy to implement in organizations.

I like the simple yet effective features of it and the easy adaptability as well.

**What do you like best about MessageDesk?**

First, MD helped me separate my cleint base comunication from my personal messaging. Second, the ability to schedule outgoing mesages is huge. Third, the fact that tecnitians can comuicate with cleints directly without giving out their own phone number AND as the company owner, I can monitor these comunications.

**What do you dislike about MessageDesk?**

When the cleint messages us and another receipient, it turnes into multiple threads. There does not seem to be an easy way to participate in a group thread.

**What problems is MessageDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It created a centralized messaging center for all of my employees to comunicate with cleints and share informatoin without involving their personal phone numbers. And I can be totally unavailable and have soeone else on the team monnitoring our incoming requests.

**What do you like best about MessageDesk?**

There is a long list of the many splendid things:
1. Fast
2. Can have mutiple users as Admins, but everyone sees or can respond
3. Phone App: when I am not in the office, I am still connected
4. Broadcasting
5. Easy to setup
6. Templetes are the holy grail. 
7. Cuts down on unread emails, mail flyers through USPS
8. Send links to Company pages
9. Allows the office to help address needs out in the field
10. Everyone has a phone, so text messaging is a direct hit.
11. Customer Support is always there. 
12. Use it 7 days a week.
13. Easy to setup and easy to use, no issues with intergrating or uploading contact lists.

**What do you dislike about MessageDesk?**

The only struggle was resgistering our number. Once that was completed.....settled into the good life. Also having duplicate contact numbers. Takes a bit to clean up.

The MessageDesk team is just fabulous! I ask a ton of questions and bless their hearts, they respond & help me over the hump or point me in the right direction.

**What do you like best about MessageDesk?**

Bouncing around and getting a lot done quickly is super easy and intuitive. It gets the job done better than the dozen or so other solutions I've tested. Not a lot of hoops to jump through to get started. Great trial flexibility to really dig in without committing. Most others are fairly limited.

**What do you dislike about MessageDesk?**

Getting a custom number takes a little time, which isn't a huge deal. Per message pricing is a hair above average, but monthly subscriptions are lower, so it probably balances out for a pretty broad segment of customers.

**What problems is MessageDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All-in-one solution for outbound SMS marketing that integrates nicely with a wide variety of tools. It's a big time saver compared to other solutions I've tried, which was the primary pain point.

**What do you like best about MessageDesk?**

I like how you can organize contacts into groups instead of clicking every contact individually.  It helps us reach the target audience.  Using our office number for the app helps clients verify the legitimacy of the message as opposed to a spam text.

**What do you dislike about MessageDesk?**

Updating and handling "duplicates" is tedious until you get used to it. The contact list isn't organized by alphabet or group, so you have to search by name.  It isn't a big deal, just takes more time.

**What problems is MessageDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Client participation and regular client contact.  We have had more attendance in our programs.  Being able to send scheduled appointment reminders improves attendance.

**What do you like best about MessageDesk?**

I am constantly surprised by how easy, helpful and useful MessageDesk is. Writing and scheduling broadcasts is quick, clear, and offers multiple ways to include or exclude contacts. The shared inbox my team uses keeps messaging organized and our customers happy we don't miss any messages. Adding contacts with either tons of info or very little is great. All around very please with this product and the support offered.

**What do you dislike about MessageDesk?**

There really are not many downsides to MesageDesk. My one ask would be adding the ability to schedule a broadcast using the same time as a previously scheduled one - similar to scheduling multiple emails in Google using the same send time. But's that it!

**What problems is MessageDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MessageDesk is solving many of the past issues we had with our broadcast scheduling, incoming messages and search for specific contacts. This is a massive time and frustration saver and raises message visibility to multiple team members who can then respond to our customers in a timely and informed manner. It's been great.

Stayng in commuincation with our team, not forgetting appointments and shared messaging allowing us to be proactive and always maintaining communication.

I think the cost is a little high, but otherwise I really like all the functions.  Realistically it is definetely worth the money.

Keeping timely appointments. Sharing an inbox with all pertient parties has made us more efficient working in sync which is most beneficial to our comnpany.

The interface is seamless and easy to use. Setting up broadcasts is intuitive and can be tailored to meet many different needs. The contact cards have space for lots of information and are easy to update as necessary/.

More features to see how often customers interact with us would be great - but I expect with all the other improvements I've seen in my time using the app they will be coming soon.

Just a bit more organization on the contact card - like having custom fields at the top or one or two custom fields in the central name/phone/email part.

I've used a few other platforms & getting help was a major challenge. This is not the case with Message Desk. We are a small business & they treat us like their most important client. They are always available & respond quickly to any help I need, no matter the request. Customer Service is so important & they get 5 stars in this department. The software is perfect for our business needs too!

I like it all.  Broadcast, insert images and short links on my messages, the templates feature, etc.

So far I like everything about MessageDesk.

Retention of clients on their first visit to my business.  I send them reminders about the appointments.  My clients are reminded of their first appointment with us and they don't forget them or
they reschedule if the need arises, but communication remains.  I don't loose touch with my new or potential clients.

Couple little bugs. Doesn't accept canadian addresses. Sometimes texts appear twice.

Great messaging solution that is much more powerful and versatile than anything we have used in past. Loads of features more than we will ever use. Also easy to use with the whole of our team.

Nothing we just keep finding more and more good features.

**What do you like best about MessageDesk?**

What's not to love! I love how easy it is to implement and upload contacts.  And that it connects to Quickbooks online directly to sync contacts and invoices.  I like that I can use my own business phone number for texting customers. It has dramatically improved customer response rates and communication. Customers like being able to text back quickly without a phone call to finalize installation dates/times, etc.  And it's a great way to send invoices...plus, I get notified when they click the link to open the invoice.  Perhaps my favorite aspect has been customer support.  TOP NOTCH and very responsive.

**What do you dislike about MessageDesk?**

The overall app is fantastic.  Thru zapier it's possible to connect with other software.

**Recommendations to others considering MessageDesk:**

Go for it!  We are so happy we started using this program.  Customer support is amazing!

**What problems is MessageDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improving response times from customers to confirm installation times has been a big improvement.  They can easily text back to confirm. We are also able to send them invoice links and we get paid faster.  I also like that as a small business owner I was able to move all business texting off my personal cell phone.  Now my other team member can also respond to customer texts.

QBO integration could be better. The invoice sync doesnt always work.

Messages cannot be sent directly to my cell number but that really has not been too much of an issue since I am able to use the number from my business landline.

MessageDesk is an easy way to get in touch with your colleagues all at once instead of painfully (and slowly) texting each and every person. You can also pick back up on conversations with ease.

**What do you dislike about MessageDesk?**

Ironically, sometimes people misuse MessageDesk when they could easily call you instead. It can be a total crutch for inefficient workers, but then again, what isn't?

**What problems is MessageDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Messaging in a centralized system is easy with MessageDesk, and you will have a record of chats with coworkers instead of having to filter through texts without context. It becomes a real hub for working more efficiently.

Message desk helps you to connect with millions of customers easily ,it collects all their reviews and let your business grow faster by knowing what your customers actually need

**What do you dislike about MessageDesk?**

The only thing i have noticed is that after starting the conversation you have to wait for response and to close the conversation you have to wait again apart from this all is going in right direction

Using message desk you reach out to many people at same time unlike messaging each and everyone individually we can connect with thousands of people using broadcast.also we get response from customers that helps your business

Messagedesk is a great platform to contact our customers. Additionally, their customer support is easy to reach and they solved all of our problems instantly.

Maybe a couple of free templates would help us to start and create our templates.

**What problems is MessageDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're asking our customers if their device is compatible with the product that they purchased. Also, we're using the set appointments and all kinds of other topics.

Great for sending mass texts for the staff or communicating with returning clients. We have sent promotional deals to our returning clients. We can also group clients if need be based on categories.

A little complicated for beginners but gets easier as you continue to use

I think it would be great tool to share promotion or company policies.

**What do you like best about MessageDesk?**

I love how easy it is to send out messages, create new groups, and add/remove contacts from groups. It always sends a "group message report" so you can see if anyone opted out and confirm that all of the messages were delivered. Snapdesk also had the best customer service I have ever experienced. I submitted a question and they called me less then 5 minutes later.

**What do you dislike about MessageDesk?**

It's a little on the pricy side for me. But worth it!

**Recommendations to others considering MessageDesk:**

I highly recommend using snap-desk. It is so easy to use and move things around to meet the need of any organization. The customer service is amazing, so don't be afraid to submit a question if you have any!

**What problems is MessageDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work with lots of volunteers and students ages 18-25 who do not check their emails, so sending out bulk text messaging is a life saver. I know if I need something to be known quickly, snap-desk is the next best thing before knocking on doors.

**What do you like best about MessageDesk?**

SnapDesk allows you to build templates to save frequently sent texts. The templates are customizable with tagging features to personalize messages. SnapDesk also has fantastic customer service where real people answer your questions via your preferred communication channel.

**What do you dislike about MessageDesk?**

SnapDesk does not allow you to text photos, but they are working on adding this feature and plan to launch it by November 2020.

**What problems is MessageDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SnapDesk allows our company to reach prospects on their mobile devices, and it provides our customers with an in-the-moment way to reach us with questions while using our products.
