What do you like best about MerusCase?

MerusCase makes it very easy to organize and track workers’ compensation cases from start to finish. I really like how everything is centralized — documents, tasks, emails, calendar events, and contact information are all in one place, which saves a lot of time. The automation features are extremely helpful for creating tasks and deadlines automatically, and the ability to generate letters and forms with pre-filled data is a huge time saver. It’s also cloud-based, so I can log in from anywhere, which is essential when working remotely with a team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MerusCase?

While MerusCase is very useful, sometimes it can run slowly when there are too many tabs or files open at once. The search function could be a bit more intuitive and faster, especially when looking for older files. Also, the interface feels a bit outdated and could be more modern and user-friendly. What do you like best about MerusCase?

MerusCase makes case and document management simple and reliable. The platform is user-friendly, and it keeps everything organized in one place, which really helps streamline daily workflows. What do you dislike about MerusCase?

While MerusCase does a good job with core case management tasks, it feels like it’s missing modern features. In particular, there’s no AI integration to assist with drafting, reviewing documents, or automating repetitive tasks. Many competing platforms are starting to adopt AI tools to save time and improve efficiency, and MerusCase hasn’t kept up with this trend. What do you like best about MerusCase?

Our Attorneys and Caseworkers have really liked the switch from TruFile to MerusCase that we made 9 months ago. You can set shortcuts up to quickly glance at how many open cases you have, how many tasks are assigned to Sussie, how much productivity Johnny vs. Joey has had, cases still pending...etc. The shortcuts and filters in searching are my favorite feature.//Also, the rep who rolled out and taught our staff how to use MerusCase, Juan, was competent, relaxed, and really good at his job - made switching software a lot better than it could have been - go Juan and MerusCase staff! What do you dislike about MerusCase?

While getting a quick glance is great, sometimes it would be helpful to have a report. While MerusCase does have a slew of reports, they seem to lack some of the report types we wish we had. Also, they aren't integrated with other systems like our website that we wish they were, so we don't have the ability to automatically upload info from our new client forms into our database, or create a client portal yet, for example. Though I hear MerusCase is working both on Reports and APIs/integrations... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MerusCase?

Meruscase is very easy to setup and use, and their support department is stellar in case you have any questions. I have yet to work with a support department that is more willing to help than these guys!

Meruscase was extremely helpful in our transition to digital case files, and the features it has are a godsend for management. The platform is extremely scale-able, allowing larger firms and smaller firms to take advantage of its features. The templates are a fantastic feature; save time, money and streamline a process which is highly susceptible to errors. The batch scanning feature is great for making mail processing more efficient. Email integration with automatic linking of email chains to cases based on linking the initial email has been very well received by our attorneys. Their update cycle is about every 2 weeks, and they really do listen to their users and implement features/updates accordingly, which I must say is extremely refreshing!

Their billing platform is robust, and allows firms to implement a wide array of billing workflows. You can also set UTBMS and short code references to help attorneys and staff bill more efficiently (and to keep the larger clients happy). They allow exporting to most major billing platforms, including Timeslips so you can continue to use your billing software while implementing Meruscase for other workflows.

Overall Meruscase is an excellent value for the money and I highly recommend it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MerusCase?

The planning and setup can be tedious, but when all of the pieces of information are in place, the word template merging is phenomenal. I would recommend at least a month of planning and setup before considering cutting the office workflows over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MerusCase?

I like that the software is user friendly. I used thos at my first legal job. It was easy to search for documents and create templates and see the overview of the case as well as create/edit tasks and assign things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
