I find the customer support too slow and sometimes unhelpful, especially with technical issues or when campaigns break. It can be frustrating not to get timely help, and support sometimes stops responding before resolving an issue. I've also noticed technical glitches like messages not sending as scheduled, data or replies not syncing, or campaigns stopping without clear errors.
