**What do you like best about Meera?**

Meera.ai makes it incredibly easy to engage with leads quickly through automated SMS that feel natural and conversational. It saves our team hours every week, ensures no leads slip through the cracks, and helps us convert more prospects into applications. The platform is user-friendly, reliable, and integrates seamlessly into our workflow.

**What do you dislike about Meera?**

There isn’t much to dislike. At times, it takes a little experimenting to set up certain workflows exactly how we want them, but overall the platform is intuitive and the support team is always helpful.

**What problems is Meera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meera is helping us solve the challenge of following up with every lead quickly and consistently. Before, many leads went cold because our team couldn’t respond fast enough. Now, automated SMS ensures that every prospect gets immediate engagement, which increases our application completion rates and saves our admissions team a lot of time.

**What do you like best about Meera?**

Using Meera has significantly helped our Customer Service reach clients and help them stay engaged, thus reducing our churn by 28%. We have also increased our contact rate on our sales side by 30%. Overall, this tool is easy to setup up, the team at Meera is great to work with and it has made a significant contribution to our success.

**What do you dislike about Meera?**

I have nothing negative to report about Meera.

Increasing currently enrolled client's engagement and reducing churn. 

Increasing our client contact rate on our sales side and therefore increasing enrollments.

**What do you like best about Meera?**

I love Meera for being cost-effective and exceptionally easy to get started with, which made it the right choice for us. The support team, particularly Victoria, has been amazing, helping us resolve any issues quickly. The portal is super useful and has enhanced our operations. They were also very flexible with our contract, which added to my satisfaction. I appreciate how Meera tremendously improved our retention campaigns by efficiently reaching out to a large number of renewals each month.

The reporting was confusing sometimes.

**What problems is Meera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Meera solves retention issues by effectively reaching out to numerous renewals. It aids in policy reviews and issuance, a task we couldn't manage manually, enhancing our operational efficiency.

Meera allows us to generate and engage with leads with an automated chat bot that actually converts.

**What do you dislike about Meera?**

Very little downside, other than that the UI can be difficult to master.

Meera helps us to engage with leads and get calls into our call center. These leads convert well.

**What do you like best about Meera?**

Meera provides an incredible opportunity to implement AI texting in all stages of customer journies. Ability to setup bulk AI texting for events, and even post event campaigns. Ability to connect customers from texting journies to live phone calls has been incredible. 

The customer support side is hands down one of the best I have implemented, whatever you need when you need it they are there. Consistently reaching out to identify further areas of opportunity for thier service as well.

**What do you dislike about Meera?**

Dashboard and setup, however the team at Meera is always on hand to do complete the task for us. Ability to delete older journies would be beneficial v. just deactivating them.

**What problems is Meera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Texting along multiple customer journeys, eliminates the need for individuals to text customer. System automated journeys text correct and compliance messages to customers with the intent to drive the customer to live call with an agent.

**What do you like best about Meera?**

Meera sets itself apart from other conversational AI products because their platform can make the calls automatically and connect them to your agents.  It removes all scheduling worries.

**What do you dislike about Meera?**

I have not run into a real downside as of yet

**What problems is Meera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We give Meera two groups of records every month.  Those that scheduled visits at our schools but never showed.  And those that visited the schools but never enrolled.  Meera's AI works to intelligently contact these leads through a series of text messages and works to get the connected to Sales agents at the schools.  The results have been amazing!  We are seeing about 35-45 extra enrollments a month thanks to Meera!

**What do you like best about Meera?**

I was delighted to discover that they not only help set everything up but also provide ongoing support to ensure everything runs smoothly. Their support team has been consistently available whenever I've needed assistance, ensuring that I get the maximum value out of their services.

The AI text generation capability is truly remarkable and has already saved us countless hours of work, particularly in tasks that involve reaching out to people. I love the staff @Meera. They are quick to respond and are very helpful! Amazing experience working with this company.

I haven't experienced any downsides. They have been a great team to work with!

It has helped us reach leads and re-engage them to get enrolled on our sales side of the business. Overall, our experience has been nothing but positive. The staff at Meera goes above and beyond to help you get onboarded as quickly as possible and always answer any emails or questions very quickly. Their service has provided a 35% increase in our sales and a 20% in customer retention. Thank you, Meera for all of your support!!

The control i have over what leads Iam chasing and when. the appointment setting is unreal

**What do you dislike about Meera?**

Cost if I'm being honest, I wish the invoicing was more straight forward, or you could see your current balance.

finding a commited HUMAN appointment setter is hard to track and they get lazy.  AI does not!

We liked Meeras ability to send multiple messages as if the customer was talking to a support agent.

**What do you dislike about Meera?**

The way meera sends messages and converses doesn't align with the clients interests in keeping costs down. We have to send 6x more messages than if we just sent one message with a link.

**What problems is Meera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are trying to send text messages smartly by leveraging ai and having conversations with consumers instead of just sending a link.

I don't love the fact that they do not outbound dial.

Meera has a great support team who will work with you to get everything set up and dialed in.

**What do you dislike about Meera?**

Many changes to campaigns and other settings must be done on the back end through support. This is great for less tech savvy businesses/individuals, but it is somewhat of a restraint for those accustomed to having a more hands on approach.

**What problems is Meera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is taking a lot of the time needed to contact existing customers for follow up tasks off of my CS team and allowing them to focus more on the customer and less time on the follow up tasks.

Working with a technically competent team who also understands the needs of our program.

Time zone differences can be a challenge, but pale in comparison to the benefit.

Meera gives us the ability to contact leads and book appointments on the weekend, after hours, and if we are on the phone.  Speed to lead is critical to maximize revenue.

It's really easy to use  with robust reporting.  The automation is fantstic and you can't beat their customer service.

The file format for uploading is really strict, but they were very helpful when we needed assistance.

**What do you like best about Meera?**

It automates 80% of my repetitive jobs. It helps me in engaging customers and keep nuturing them until they are ready to talk or book a meeting with the sales team.

Nothing as such. Meera has a lot of features which I really liked.

Meera automates the redundant tasks like following up with 1000s of leads and nuturing them using SMS. It is able to reply very accurately and understands the responses of the customers.
