I love Meera for being cost-effective and exceptionally easy to get started with, which made it the right choice for us. The support team, particularly Victoria, has been amazing, helping us resolve any issues quickly. The portal is super useful and has enhanced our operations. They were also very flexible with our contract, which added to my satisfaction. Meera provides an incredible opportunity to implement AI texting in all stages of customer journies. Ability to setup bulk AI texting for events, and even post event campaigns. Ability to connect customers from texting journies to live phone calls has been incredible.
