They worked endless hours with me creating special workflows, reports, emails, etc. **What do you dislike about DebtPayPro?** The price! They have a $1500 set up fee for minimal set up. Make sure you get your money's worth! **What problems is DebtPayPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solved marketing, collections, and processing of client files with ease after the build out was complete. ### 2. I like that you can add filters, and block off specific actions to avoid user errors whenever possible. I like that viewing tasks and creating triggers for functions is easy. **What do you dislike about DebtPayPro?** What I dislike about DebtPayPro is that tasks that were not completed could not be mass-rolled over to the next day. It would be even better if a feature automatically moved incomplete tasks over to the next business day to avoid tasks being abandoned. **What problems is DebtPayPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** IT allowed the company I worked for to assign tasks to representatives. It also allowed multiple access to customer service and up to attorneys to write notes to track actions and calls made. ### 3. It not only assists you in managing all of your leads, but it also assists you in generating and effectively closing additional loans. **What do you dislike about DebtPayPro?** I believe that the UX could be improved slightly and better customer support will make this best in the market. **What problems is DebtPayPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has aided me in managing my clients' leads and direct marketing campaigns. Maybe shorten some of the steps to complete a task would be beneficial. **What problems is DebtPayPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing financial advice to clients, having them aware of all their options. ### 8. It is extremely easy to set up and I’m constantly learning something new I can implement within the the support page. I’m always adding new features or automating one piece of our business or another. **What do you dislike about DebtPayPro?** I don’t like that when I try to create a pdf form it will distort my pdf as images and certain fonts or layouts aren’t recognizable. This means I have to manually create a separate form to use within debtpaypro and that certain documents I would love to automate tasks on I am unable to. **What problems is DebtPayPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have automated every portion of our follow up and marketing with debtpaypro. I love that are billing and merchant account are able to be integrated. ### 9. When there is a bug on their interface, they make it extremely difficult to find out after many hours of testing with the phone service company. They should be testing these features themselves and trying to resolve the issues with the client. **What problems is DebtPayPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Integration with other phone system companies. There are not benefits other than that their product works when it's properly setup. However, because they have a history of not helping clients when they need too, I believe we will take our business elsewhere. ### 10. Also the ability to text or email directly from the software for authorization is huge. **What do you dislike about DebtPayPro?** I don't like the limits DPP puts on certain things like pricing areas of operation and sometimes slow to troubleshoot **What problems is DebtPayPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** DPP has allowed us to manage clients and induce sales in the field realtime at people's doorstep. It's all contained in one platform and makes it easy to close deals ### 11. If you have a flow for your clients Debt Pay Pro is full of bells and whistles to help that flow along. The basic DPP is limited as far as stages and status, and if you work in a service industry you know you need to show work that is done on each file to bill the client. They offer email marketing and campaigns, as well as task that can be automatically set up. Each note that is entered can be marked with another user name and an email will go to them to let them know a note has been added that they need to pay attention to. **What do you dislike about DebtPayPro?** I do not like the minimal set up for stages and statuses, it doe not show much work being done without proper notes and most reps do not leave proper notes. Once we redid that part of the software, we loved it! **What problems is DebtPayPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** I solved the need for email marketing and outside text and voice messages. I also no longer have to pay for Docusign as Debt Pay Pro has a built in e-signature product called clix sign. ### 12. Sometimes it would charge clients in the same day of set up when a payment was only needed for the date following the set up date.
