**Describe the project or task Mediate.ly helped with:**

Raise brand awareness of University College and the connection to Washington University in order to decrease the cost of inquiries. Use data-learning to improve audience understanding and hone targeting personas.  Increase inquiries for degree-seeking programs.

**What do you like best about Mediate.ly?**

They assembled a digital marketing campaign for growing our programs regardless of type or budget. By using a data-driven combination of search engine marketing, social media advertising, programmatic retargeting, and online video that worked for our target audience that wasn't throwing everything on the wall to see what sticks.

**What do you dislike about Mediate.ly?**

Nothing. They are true partners that challenged me to be a better marketer.

**What problems is Mediate.ly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

University College faced a serious issue for several years, enrollments had been declining by about 5% each year. The unit needed a new strategic approach to marketing that emphasized data-driven tactics and channels. Multi-channel media plan resulted in ad engagement and on-site conversions that increased program applications and admitted students for the next three semesters, courses enrollments up for two semesters, as well as increases in inquiries, applications created, and applications submitted.

Mediate.ly helped advance our digital strategy with measurable results for the first time in our company's history.  They have evolved us from a formerly tired digital plan to a nimble, responsive, and measurable campaign across multiple tactics.

**What do you like best about Mediate.ly?**

Mediately delivers incredible customer service across our lines of business.  While there are seemingly similar technical offerings in this omni-channel media agency category, the partnership Mediately offers has proven considerable growth for our campaigns and  exponential growth to our business.  They don't just 'do', they take the time to think about our business, our customer's mindset, and provide recommendations beyond the scope of what they are tasked.  Mediately takes a mindful approach to our needs and often has multiple strategies and tactics regardless of the budget. They are always thinking about our business.

**What do you dislike about Mediate.ly?**

I don't think I will need to hire support staff for digital because Mediately has everything covered.

Treat Mediately as a partner in coming up with solutions to your business problems.

Full campaign attribution, cross device measurement, reduction in channels previously not converted.
