What do you like best?

The call tracking feature of Mediahawk is great. You can track all the phone calls from ads which is a great thing. And the integration of it with the good AdSense definitely makes things better. So I would suggest someone to use this software for the business purpose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The thing I hate is that sometimes it doesn't show information of some callers. However, that's a minor issue but coming to the overall performance that's peanuts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Calls are so much more personal and effective than emails and even social media. Plus it's not so easy to call a number from a mobile directly off a webpage and people will always do what's easiest for them.
