The support and willingness to help and listen and change is to be commended. The product can really help make insurance and letter writing workflows so much easier. There is a vast range of functionality and excellent built-in security. The whole product is highly customisable, with bespoke pathways which map business processes. Some global settings are either on or off, and this setting then applies to the whole chamber. It would be better if these settings could be applied on an individual basis.
