&lt;p&gt;Having consultants who already understand the business would matter most to me after implementation. Response time and technical depth are important, but a long-term partner becomes much more valuable when the team already understands your workflows, controls, and reporting priorities. That context should mean less time re-explaining requirements whenever the ERP needs to evolve.&lt;/p&gt;
