What I like most is how customisable it is. I can build my own workflows to fit my organisation’s needs using business rules and display rules. The support team are great as well, and they help as quickly as possible. The data engines (HR import and Data Integration Engine) are also excellent for bulk updates. This has removed a huge manual process for us, and it handles bulk updates very quickly. I’m unsure about the pricing; however, we’ve managed to streamline our processes significantly. For example, PPQ process time was cut in half once we started using myCority to receive pre-placement questionnaires. As a result, we don’t need as many people in the team processing the PPQs, and we’ve been able to focus on more important work while still improving our performance.

It’s very helpful to be able to raise tickets, and the team is highly responsive, providing solutions quickly.

Their support team has been very helpful. We use Meddbase, and it can be challenging at times; however, the support team is always doing their best to assist us and provide support when we need it.
