Marsello is a great loyalty system with a lot of marketing features with supports business to increase sales en retain the existing customers with different loyalty programs

**What do you dislike about Marsello?**

marsello is a great tool but my only concern is that it's expensive than other alternatives especially when the number of customers increase over time which feels its more costly

its a really great tool to handle business loyalty system and manage customers

**What problems is Marsello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it helps me a lot to retain my existing customers again and get the lost customer again and made VIP program which made my VIP customers feel that they are special and buy more with their benefits

**What do you like best about Marsello?**

The best part about Marsello is the Integrations it offers are seamless, It gets easily Integrated to Shopify Accounts also offers integration to all major platforms. 
The ease of sending out Emailers, Automated Email Campaigns like Abandon Cart, Welcome email is just Top notch.
You also get Loyalty Program option which can be enabled with ease.

**What do you dislike about Marsello?**

The only thing which can be brought down are the prices, bit expensive if you have a large database of customers and you are a big company or needs to send mailers to a large audience.

**Recommendations to others considering Marsello:**

Should definitely consider if you have a small store or on shopify or other ecom platform

**What do you like best about Marsello?**

As a user, Goody card loyalty systemt is acceptable in so many outlets without carrying any extra card or key tag. Nowadays we love carrying and using our smart phone wherever we go and Goody card is on my mobile since day one. I also take the advantage of what other outlets offer in nearby businesses, it is called 2 birds with 1 stone. As a business owner, I can store customers details to promote other products or services, also we can notify them about our coming up events or trading hours, also we can fix customers' problem on the spot without bothering customer service, so many tools we can use and I am loving it. Personally without a doubt Goody card is the best investment for hospitality businesses, if someone disagrees with my humble opinion they shouldn't be working in hospitality industry.

**What do you dislike about Marsello?**

I cannot think of anything I don't like,  (Something I didn't like it now, why I have to write minimum for 40 characters for this section especially person like me I don't have anything not to like) lol 

**Recommendations to others considering Marsello:**

I already recommended a few businesses in my area and some of them already signed up with Goody and we received voucher to spend with the rest of the team members, thanks you so much for your generosity again 

**What problems is Marsello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I personally love dealing with customer service ladies and gentlemen, they are very good looking, kind, helpful, responsive and attentive. I wish more people in hospitality industry like them, in fact they should teach how to have a can do attitude and problem solver skilled people.

**What do you like best about Marsello?**

This is a great system to have for growing your business, we have been with them for many years and both customers and store owners who have embraced this system have had great success.  Simply to use for customers and great back up service for the Goody team.

**What do you dislike about Marsello?**

That we don't use it to its full potential due our team not making it a priority 

**Recommendations to others considering Marsello:**

This is a fantastic loyalty system to use with every business.  Customer's find it easy to use as do staff.   Our customer counts continue to rise when we do a campaign and regularly.   A small dislike is some of our franchisees have found it hard to work out how to set up schedules, however, once they talk with the friendly Goody Card team they sort out this issue quickly.

**What problems is Marsello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

being able to communicate with our regular customers and helping them celebrate birthdays has been a get tool to keep customers coming back.

**What do you like best about Marsello?**

I find that goody is a perfect paperless loyalty system for my customers. Easy for young and old because of email logins people do not have to hang on to their card.

**What do you dislike about Marsello?**

I'd like to have free access to the email database. I know it is available if I ask, but I'd like to be able to get the emails of certain groups. I'm more interested in  offering regulars special benefits than bringing back people after six months of no visits.

Goody is truly powerful enough to drive sales as long as you use all functions available.

We've done away with file cards which is amazing.

**What do you like best about Marsello?**

The goody platform has enabled my independent small business to quickly establish a clean digital client database. The benefit is that I can efficiently communicate with clients, inform them of what's happening in our place and share with them some of our benefits and rewards.

**What do you dislike about Marsello?**

I would be good to have an interface with my retail software.  I use Toniq a pharmacy system, For transactional activity,  PosBoss for cafe ordering (only) and timely for beauty Spa booking only. While I recognise that my operation is unique in its operation.  I wonder if the platform could receive a "ping" from my other platforms even to register a $ amount spent that triggers a request for goody client registration.

If you want to quickly establish a user friendly customer data base then use Goody.

**What do you like best about Marsello?**

The Goody loyalty program has really been a game changer for our business. It has help grow our business profile exponentially as customers are eager to be part of such a great loyalty program!
The system is easy to use for customers and staff alike.  

**What do you dislike about Marsello?**

On occasion the system have gone offline making it hard for customers to scan their cards but really this has only happened a handful of times so no biggy.

**Recommendations to others considering Marsello:**

This is a good system - easy to set up with minimum help and customers love it.

**What problems is Marsello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The system is great in the sense that it captures data like email addresses and of course names of customers which is helpful in determining how your business have grown over the last year. I like the stats aspect of the program.

**What do you like best about Marsello?**

The website is extremely easy to navigate, especially when customers are wanting help. The staff are helpful when there are any questions as well as delivery being organised easily. Goody is a great platform that is easily spread across multiple venues.

**What do you dislike about Marsello?**

Nothing that I have noticed yet, especially on the admin side.

**What problems is Marsello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Only problem is that we haven't distributed through all of our venues yet. Benefits include the ability to see how many sign ups etc we get weekly, as well as age groups, how many visitors at each venue etc.

**What do you like best about Marsello?**

I like how easy it was to set up.
I liked the support I have received when I have questions or my staff need help.

My staff have started reporting that Goody is working a lot better than the old Eftplus system and they believe it is responsible for getting customers returning quicker than they usually would. I like that I can send incentives if the customer hasn't visited for a certain period of time.

**What do you dislike about Marsello?**

Not much. Ideally Goody would not drop off our tills so easily after a power cut or issue, and it is annoying that the staff have to key the points amount into Goody as any disruption to the till makes that ability drop off.

**What problems is Marsello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Benefits are repeat customers

The platform is very user friendly and straight forward and I appreciate that there is a chat box as well so if I get stuck or need help I have someone there I can ask and who will respond immediately.

The glitches, codes not working, emails not going through to customers etc

Great platform, straight forward, easy to use, would recommend.

Goodwill with customers, it's really easy to rectify if something goes wrong, and there is complete transparency.

**What do you like best about Marsello?**

I can see it is good for customers, but more often than we like we have people complaining or just unaware of how the app works or how to redeem their free coffee/food so needing a staff member time to do it for them. Not the efficient way we like to work- this holds up our busy cafe line. would be good for small businesses with more time. 

**What do you dislike about Marsello?**

Found people getting very frustrated and relying on using goody if the app was down it caused mayhem. also we found customers coming in that we had never seen before redeeming a free coffee..... think it's a bit of a scam for retailers using it hench why we have gone back to the good ol fashioned stamp cards. we feel more in control.

getting rid all together will solve our long queues at the till from those people taking time to find/ email check in/ scan their card

The most helpful thing about Goody was their customer service. I found Shanaya really helpful and super patient which was great when learning how to use Goody.

Not applicable, we found that it was perfect for what we needed as an organisation.

None, I  found their service easy to use

As a business we are now able to get a gauge of how we are doing with our customers and gain feedback easily. It  is an awesome way to increase engagement within our club and reward members for their hard work.

Nothing really. The website crashed once when i was in th middle of adding double points but was fixed the same day and i could start using it again

Have the training once you know and understand  what Goody is capable of doing it is easy to use.

Seriously, Shanaya is amazing. She represents your company extremely well. She is efficient, always able to help me when I need her to, I order goody products and always receive them in good time. She is friendly and always goes out of her way to help me.

Nothing, Shanaya is amazing.I'm not sure about the price information below as I only deal with basic goody things with Shanaya as opposed to marketing

I really like the net promoter score and point system.
Our guests say one of the reasons they come back is goody.

It’s very slow sometimes on the till, and nps  doesn’t load on mobile. I wish the voucher redemption is also linked on the pos for less handling especially during peak times.

I love how Goody is multifaceted.  It's not just a straight out loyalty system as it provides useful marketing tools, customer insight and is very easy to use for the end user.  It's a brilliant resource and cost effective too.

Love the interface on the ipads, looks sharp and professional. Like that all the customer information is collected for analysis and is accessible. Easy to use for customers

Nothing really, you need to get stuck in and get used to the platform but was simple enough.
