What do you like best about Marsello?

What do you dislike about Marsello?

What do you like best about Marsello?

The best part about Marsello is the Integrations it offers are seamless, It gets easily Integrated to Shopify Accounts also offers integration to all major platforms.

The ease of sending out Emailers, Automated Email Campaigns like Abandon Cart, Welcome email is just Top notch.

What do you dislike about Marsello?

What do you like best about Marsello?

As a user, Goody card loyalty systemt is acceptable in so many outlets without carrying any extra card or key tag. Nowadays we love carrying and using our smart phone wherever we go and Goody card is on my mobile since day one. I also take the advantage of what other outlets offer in nearby businesses, it is called 2 birds with 1 stone. As a business owner, I can store customers details to promote other products or services, also we can notify them about our coming up events or trading hours, also we can fix customers' problem on the spot without bothering customer service, so many tools we can use and I am loving it. Personally without a doubt Goody card is the best investment for hospitality businesses, if someone disagrees with my humble opinion they shouldn't be working in hospitality industry. I cannot think of anything I don't like, (Something I didn't like it now, why I have to write minimum for 40 characters for this section especially person like me I don't have anything not to like) lol Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Marsello?

This is a great system to have for growing your business, we have been with them for many years and both customers and store owners who have embraced this system have had great success. What do you like best about Marsello?

I find that goody is a perfect paperless loyalty system for my customers. Easy for young and old because of email logins people do not have to hang on to their card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Marsello?

I'd like to have free access to the email database. I know it is available if I ask, but I'd like to be able to get the emails of certain groups. I'm more interested in offering regulars special benefits than bringing back people after six months of no visits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Marsello?

The goody platform has enabled my independent small business to quickly establish a clean digital client database. The benefit is that I can efficiently communicate with clients, inform them of what's happening in our place and share with them some of our benefits and rewards. What do you dislike about Marsello?

I would be good to have an interface with my retail software. I use Toniq a pharmacy system, For transactional activity, PosBoss for cafe ordering (only) and timely for beauty Spa booking only. While I recognise that my operation is unique in its operation. I wonder if the platform could receive a "ping" from my other platforms even to register a $ amount spent that triggers a request for goody client registration. What do you like best about Marsello?

The Goody loyalty program has really been a game changer for our business. It has help grow our business profile exponentially as customers are eager to be part of such a great loyalty program!

What do you like best about Marsello?

The website is extremely easy to navigate, especially when customers are wanting help. The staff are helpful when there are any questions as well as delivery being organised easily. Goody is a great platform that is easily spread across multiple venues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Marsello?

I like how easy it was to set up.

I liked the support I have received when I have questions or my staff need help.

My staff have started reporting that Goody is working a lot better than the old Eftplus system and they believe it is responsible for getting customers returning quicker than they usually would. I like that I can send incentives if the customer hasn't visited for a certain period of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Marsello?

Not much. Ideally Goody would not drop off our tills so easily after a power cut or issue, and it is annoying that the staff have to key the points amount into Goody as any disruption to the till makes that ability drop off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Marsello?

The platform is very user friendly and straight forward and I appreciate that there is a chat box as well so if I get stuck or need help I have someone there I can ask and who will respond immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
